We had a great experience at Texas Roadhouse Rialto! We ordered two of the Fort Worth Ribeye 12 oz steak plate along with a kids’ meal, and everything was cooked to order and tasted fresh and delicious. We were seated shortly before the estimated wait time, which was a nice surprise, especially during a busy period. The wait staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of. Our food came out quickly, and overall the service and atmosphere made for a really enjoyable visit. We’ll definitely be back!

The best steak that I think I may have every had. Service was also great. I ordered the filet minion with ribs and rice and mashed potatoes. I upgraded the filet minion fron a 6oz. to a 10oz. Will definitely be back!

First time to Texas Roadhouse. Make sure you get your self on the wait list and check wait times. There was a two hour wait time on a friday (Valentines Day). Once we were told the table was ready the service was phenomenal. Food is great. Atmosphere is busy, mildly loud but still a semi sense or intimacy in the booths . Overall great experience and cant wait to come back !

Good place to come have a Texas sized meal. Good steaks, you can even choose the particular steak you want if you wish. I went with ribs, corn, and mashed potatoes this time around. The ribs were fall off the bone soft, good flavor. Not as good as smoked barbecue, as that’s my favorite, but still very good. I did a bowl of chili as a starter. Their chili was well prepared. Not the best I’ve ever had, but was really good.

My family and I ate at this restaurant on 01/02/2026 and wow the place was full. The service was amazing ! Our drinks were out within a few minutes after ordering them. I would definitely recommend the Island Cooler. It’s a must! As for the service, Jose is the best and goes above and beyond with making sure we have everything. The food was also amazing. We will definitely be back soon.

Well let’s see, we picked up our online order and we didn’t get our cheesecake. We called and told them our cheesecake was missing. She said go ahead and come back we will take care of it. I’ll talk to the manager. Lmao don’t think the manager cared because we get there and they give us the bag they forgot to give us with warm cheesecake and melted whipped cream. Wow. Now how do I know it was our missing bag that had been sitting there getting warm you say? It had the butter we didn’t get, the silverware for 5 dinners and 1 dessert. You guys are actually trying to get people sick. Maybe need to call the health department about this. It was 2 hours before we got it. 20 min home we ate realized it was missing then drove 20 min back for what? Warm cheesecake. The sweet potatos were also burnt. My husband called to talk to the manager and she gave a refund of 50%. Still doesn’t make up for a second 40 min round trip and warm cheesecake.

The place was absolutely packed but it was only a 10 min wait, win!
Things started off good; waiter was polite and friendly and our drinks came quick. The appetizer was decent, but not as good as the “Bloomin Onion” from their competitor. As more time passed things became increasingly more difficult… we weren’t getting refills on our drinks, couldn’t always find the waiter, and we didn’t have enough silverware for everyone. After a lengthy wait for our food, a man came to our table and asked if we ordered another appetizer (we did not). After he walked away, we realized that the food was actually a meal that we ordered. The waiter assured us that the meal would come later with our other food, but it did not, they had to go look for it.
Of all the people to have a meal come late, the children should not be one of them. They needed to make more Mac n cheese, so most of us sat there letting our food get cold while my 5 year old was still waiting on her Mac n Cheese. It took much longer than she had patience for.
They forgot multiple sides, didn’t bring refills, got our orders wrong, and somehow I ended up with extra food in my baked potato. The food itself was not worth the price or the hassle. My fish was so salty that I couldn’t finish it. No one at our table finished their food and each had a complaint about it. Our server was on point and so was the food. We have gone here many times and only had one time the ribs were dry. But today or steaks were cooked like we wanted and the waitress was constantly checking on us which is what I like to have.

Overall, good food and good service. My favorite is the pulled pork and the chicken fried steak. I really appreciate that they put the cream gravy on the side so it isn’t soggy. The fried catfish is good. Wish they would do a blackened catfish. So good. The rolls are really good and not overpriced to bring home extra. The only issue is their curbside parking. It isn’t well marked. If you are facing the entrance, it is to the left . The spots were all taken by people eating inside. I drove around the whole lot and building looking for the spots. Finally, I found a spot to park and walk up to the take out window.
