Using the app is very convenient for those who are on the go and want to skip the line. If you haven’t decided to get the app let me tell you how easy it is. You make a profit and add payment. The menu is there and options are giving to you if you feel like getting a combination of salad, Sandwich or soup. You choose the time and when to pick it up. They are usually good on getting the food ready by the time you arrive. If however you want to eat there that’s also an option.

This owners serves standard great Panera fare so I know I can get my favorite autumn squash soup with extra pumpkin seeds and apple chicken salad my way either no cheese and light dressing. I passed on the delicious looking pastries and candy cookies Menus on the kiosk order offer photos. The wall mounted menus are white with dark letters, minimal glare and readable.

I used to love this restaurant especially their salads and soups. However recently their salads aren’t the same portion (see pic). For $10-14 for a salad I expect a decent amount of lettuce. Baguette was stale and their switch to Panera chips was the wrong move in my opinion. Grilled cheese was ok as the bread wasn’t grilled only based in butter. Good amount of cheese though.

I chose this restaurant because their website clearly advertises dairy-free options, which is important due to dietary restrictions. When we visited the store, staff laughed and told us the only option was a salad.
After returning home, I confirmed the dairy-free options were still listed online and called the store manager. He admitted he had to read the ingredient box to determine what was in the bread—despite the bagels being advertised as made fresh daily, not from a box. He then confirmed the boxed ingredients contain milk, meaning all bagels contain dairy, directly contradicting the website.
I then contacted the corporate company to report the issue. I was told they would not provide additional training to the manager or staff and that there would be no resolution to this situation.
This is a large franchise, and inaccurate ingredient and allergen information is not a small issue—it’s misleading and potentially dangerous. Advertising dairy-free options that do not exist, and refusing to address it when notified, is extremely disappointing.

For a place that has the word Bread in their name, are terrible at making bread. White Miche bread only comes pre sliced. There is. Nothing. Worst. and more disgusting than pre-sliced bread. Slicing destroys its subtle flavor and its freshness. I don’t understand it as they can always slice it in the store for their own use and for those souls that have no taste in bread and want it sliced. Also the foccacia is atrocious. Should not be used on sandwiches. It destroys the mouth feel and flavor. The rest of the breads are fine. Nothing spectacular. Their app is way too cluttered and clunky. Takes 3 times longer to order via the app than calling or do it in person in the store.

My family really likes it here, but my tastes are different. However, I always get cinnamon rolls here. They are fantastic! Unfortunately, including today, they are sold out. Please keep these on hand. This is only reason for four stars. #Disappointed

Service was fast. I was supposed to pick up my app order at a certain time, and it was ready. The Rustic patatoe soup was very watery but I was extremely hungry so I ate it with the sandwich. It has a milky taste due to the melted chease inside but it wasn’t very pleasan and very noticeable when eaten alone. If it wasnt for the sandwich, fast service, and past experiences, I would rate Zero stars. However, the Asiago steak sandwich was perfect and delicious. A perfect amount of flavor and spice with cheese and steak.

It’s standard Panera with good tasting items and a relatively clean store despite the volume of customers. The portion sizes are always on the smaller side, as you can see by the pictures of two items where the Mediterranean bowl was full size but the Fuji apple salad was half size…not much difference in sizes. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the unsweetened beverages choices are appreciated.

This location does not treat black people well at all, my spouse went in to do DoorDash on two different occasions today and the brunette handling the delivery orders gave so much attitude and horrible customer service. When asked to help she rolled her eyes and said Bruh!. We do not feel comfortable nor welcome there. When calling the GM Ashley to discuss the issue she made the excuse that the employee does not like door dashers. No matter the reason, everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. Do better Panera Bread!
