Great atmosphere for a taphouse. Family friendly style eating in one area and a separate taphouse/sports bar in another area.
Beer- delish. Grapefruit Radlar.. bussin! German tradition with the radlars. Excited for another taphouse in the Kearney area.
Food- mid.
Pretzel 3/10. Probably just stick to getting pretzels at The Knot. The pretzel was not fresh.. instead it was frozen and smothered in salt.
Sauerkraut- disappointing.
Shrimp tacos – 5/10. What do you expect tho.. you ordered shrimp tacos and a German inspired taphouse. Coleslaw on the taco was good..but only 3 peices of shrimp on each taco. Basically we ate coleslaw in a tortilla
Mac n cheese- 9/10 looks dry but was really cheesey underneath the top layer. Delish.
Brats- rated 9/10 from both parties that ordered them!
Hamburger w/onion rings – 6/10 – onion rings were undercooked and greasy. Bland Burger!
Philly cheesesteak – 5/10 bland. Could use more flavor
Reese cheesecake and raspberry cheesecake- mid. Not the best

Rachel took such good care of us, this was our first time here and we will definitely be back next time we’re in Kearney, it’s a shame we ate before we came because the food looked great
