When I ordered a week in advance I asked for delivery on October 31st at 11:30am for an event I had planned for my employees at 12:00pm. I was told I would receive a call same day to make payment, but by 10:30am I haven’t received a call so I called spoke with a Tamara and she took my payment and confirmed order AND delivery, she even made sure I understood there was a travel fee. By 11:35am no one had arrived I called the restaurant and some informed me that someone had just left at 11:30am to deliver the order that was supposed to be delivered at 11:30am. They also told me that typically that do not deliver on holidays and who ever took my order should have known. I asked why didn’t anyone mention that when I called at 10:30am for payment , this all of could have been avoided. POOR communication! My order did not arrive until 12:20pm with only HALF the order the second half arrived about 5mins after with a different driver. I asked for my receipt to be emailed because I received two different receipts with two different totals. I was also promised half off next order and that there would be an email stating that as well. I called Monday 11/3 because I never received an email today it’s 11/6 still no email. I expressed I need the receipt to pay my expense report for work.

I wanted to come back and update my review. The location’s GM reached out to me personally, apologized, and offered a 50% discount due to the delay with my order delivery and receipt. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns, which I truly appreciated.
My second order went amazingly well , I chose to do pickup this time instead of delivery and the experience was smooth from start to finish. With that being said, I’m happy to update my review to 5 stars.

We found Huey Magoo’s about a year ago while travelling to the lake. Now we seek them out whenever we get in the car. Great fresh tenders. Salads are large and the wraps are great. The sweet chili sauce is my favorite. You can get grilled or breaded chicken.They always have a seasonal lemonade on tap that never disappoints. Hoping to get one closer to the house.

First time visiting a Huey Magoo’s location and it was a really good experience. Good food, nice atmosphere and the service was great! I got the Buffalo Chicken sandwich and French fries. It was really good! Very friendly staff and clean inside. I definitely recommend giving them a try!

We order here often. My kids love it! I never eat it, so I have never really paid attention, but how are these “tenders?” They are closer to nuggets! I always wondered how my kids ate so many of them. This food is not cheap, and to pay $40 for what is, essentially, 20 oversized nuggets, is ridiculous!

First time at Huey Magoo’s and I was seriously impressed! Courtney, Karen, and their staff went above and beyond by offering us a sampler tray before we even ordered, which made the experience even better. The chicken was fresh, juicy, and full of flavor, and the service was quick and incredibly friendly. Definitely won’t be my last visit!

Always above average experience at this huey magoos! The food is always top tier and juicy and tender. I always recommend this location to anyone trying Huey Magoos for the first time. And the banana pudding? ALSOLUTE DELICACY. Hands down best chicken i’ve ever had as the #1 chicken tender consumer. Love you guys!

First time here, it was really good, had the grilled chicken wrap, very flavorful. Love the Magoo sauce! The chocolate chip cookie was delicious. Great customer service and the restaurant was nicely maintained. Wish it was closer, I would visit more often.

Huey Magoo’s delivers an exceptional dining experience! From the moment we walked in, the customer service was top notch. The staff warmly welcomed us and, upon learning it was our first visit, eagerly offered a sample tray of their chicken, which was a delightful touch.
We ordered the regular chicken strips and a Buffalo chicken salad. Both dishes were delicious, with the salad standing out as a particular favorite. To top it off, we enjoyed the banana pudding, which was simply delicious.
The combination of friendly service, flavorful food, and thoughtful extras like the sample tray make Huey Magoo’s a must-visit. We will definitely be returning!

As a longtime fan of Zaxby’s, I feel like a traitor saying this but…Huey Magoo’s chicken is just better. Plump tenders, better breading, juicier meat. The three tender meal with fries left me stuffed. I enjoyed the tangy Magoo sauce, and also had some honey mustard and tried the blue cheese dip and all were yummy with the chicken.
I loved their teas and fresh lemonades and I even had a delicious oatmeal raisin cookie for dessert.
This location was well-staffed, super-clean and the vases of flowers on each table were a charming touch.
