Great Service and Food, but the Spicy Chicken Sandwich Disappointed
I recently visited a local Burger King, and overall, it was a very good experience. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Despite a steady flow of customers, the wait time was short, and my order was prepared quickly. The Whopper I ordered was fresh, juicy, and packed with flavor—exactly what I expect from Burger King. The fries were hot, crispy, and perfectly salted, making them a standout side.
The self-serve drink station was clean and well-stocked, allowing me to customize my drink without any issues. I also appreciated how the dining area was tidy, with employees visibly working to keep tables and floors clean.
However, I was disappointed by the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. While the chicken itself was crispy and well-cooked, it completely lacked the spice I was expecting. It tasted more like a standard chicken sandwich with a hint of seasoning. If you’re going to market something as spicy, it should deliver at least a little heat.
That said, the overall experience was still enjoyable. With great service, a welcoming environment, and solid staple menu items, I’ll definitely be back—just not for the Spicy Chicken Sandwich.

First thing, We waited for a while for someone to take our order, the person in front of us left.
The worst part, the girl with braid hair was eating fries in front of the fry bin while she’s getting fries for customers.
The girl in orange inside the kitchen was also picking food from a tray and eating it while making food for costumer.
I don’t know what’s going on here, but that’s not good at all.

Asked for No cheese on 6 burgers ended up coming with cheese. Charged me $0.30 per cheese. Was looked at with a ridiculous look when I asked for my refund. No change is too small. Next time when someone says no cheese dont charge. Dont make an disappointing face because it was your mistake

Had an online order that i made on 9/12 over at the Avon location at 8:08pm.
Waited for 5min with no one in line so that the two girls could finish their conversation, before I finally said hello I have an online order.
Got my order, went through the bag to make sure everything was there. I had asked one of the girls that was on the front of house if the fry I had was a large just to ensure my order was correct.
She then scoffed, rolled her eyes and said yeah.
I was thrown off by this and said im sorry I just want to make sure my order is correct and I recieved what I purchased. She just nodded.
I understand im not dining at a 5 star restaurant, but a smile or friendly interaction would be nice at the very least.

Large fries at Burger King has 16 pieces of fries in it. When we asked if this is the large they said sure is! MCDONALD’S for life!
