Extremely Disappointing Every Time
Every time we go to this McDonald’s, the customer service is terrible. The employees are consistently rude, act like they don’t want to be there, and never show any respect or urgency. The service is unbelievably slow, and it takes forever just to get basic items. It is frustrating because this isn’t a one time thing, it happens every single visit. This location seriously needs better management and employees who actually care about their jobs and customers. I understand people have there own things going on but it is not acceptable.

Everything was overly salty and big Mac had burned patties. The kiddo bit into a bone AND a huge fat chunk in her nuggets. Grossed out and probably won’t be eating McDonald’s for another year or more after this experience.

Went through the drive thru to order food for my family around 8:40 pm on 1/1/26 Tyler in the black shirt was super pushy about me taking my time to order for 3 people. He goffed at me multiple times, watching him through the window he was super frustrated while packing our drinks, and then I got terrible “COLD” food! As a business owner I found this experience extremely unpleasant, and I would take action immediately if any of my employees ever acted that way.

And rest sitting at the curb watching everyone else get there food I counted 9 cars getting food while sitting at the curb all I ordered was a number 2 and 2 chicken sandwich and everything was cold really worst service ever I was late getting back to work because of this. Super slow. I ordered a singular milkshake and i waited almost 20 minutes for it. I came up to the front and i asked abt my order and the lady working there started breaking out on me and bragging that they 3 employees and 500$ worth of food to make. Just go eat somewhere else. ✌️

Remember when McDonalds was something an owner could be proud of? Where the owner took pride in his establishment. Them days are long gone. Employees suck, service sucks and the food probably sucks as well. IDK. Took my business elsewhere. McDonalds is trash anyway.

Manager here is terrible. How you going to make someone wait 30 mins at a window for two items because you forgot the person was in the drive through still? You forget half the order almost every time. This is probably the worst McDonald’s in the area stay far away.

McDonald’s. Mickey D’s. The Good Ole golden arches. Everyone knows and loves McDonald’s, the fries, the nugs, a nice lil cone, I’m a personal fan of the smoothies yum yum yum. But what is often disputed about the fast food icon is the customer service. Sometimes I experience terrible terrible things at McDonald’s. One time I can recall a manager yelling at a worker for not cleaning tables properly whilst I was devouring a crispy chicken sandwich meal(my personal favorite). That in the moment was nearly traumatizing for a guy like me. Other times I experience 10/10 service making me feel like a special boy. Today was an anomaly. I go to pick up nuggets for my hot smoke show of a girlfriend and i find myself in a long line of folks looking to satisfy the craving of salt fries. The bad service starts at the ordering station in the drive thru. I was greeted with a voice that gives off the feeling of pain, sadness, and hatred. I finish my order and I get a: ” pull up to the window” in such previous tone which almost made me want to end it all right there in the moment. Why am I here? To experience bad service? To be treated like I’m the cause of this pain? Maybe I am…
Once at the window it’s more of the same, a vibe was given that made me regret coming I felt like such a burden. I receive the nuggets for my girlfriend and move onto the next window. Where woah hold on a minute. I was greeted with a smile and enthusiasm that was unmatched. Maybe it’s not so bad after all. I was handed my food with a prompt yet not so rushed delivery. And she asked me: “is there anything else we can do for you today?” Let me repeat that again “is there anything else we can do for you today?” Wow those hit home. Never have I been treated so kindly. Yet just seconds before this interaction I was in the mindset I was gonna write a bad review but this lady single handedly saved this establishment from a 1 star. Overall a 3 star is a accurate review in my opinion and I’m hoping my details kf my experiences can help you guys in your choices of where to eat. Thanks for reading.

Drive-thru is so wonky, always getting cut off. The female workers at this location are so rude and ALWAYS pouting. The girly working the drive-thru this evening at 3 pm was so confused by her work she was stressing ME out. Did not receive and ketchup or napkins which I asked for. When she handed me my drink it almost spilt not waiting for my hand to make contact with the cup. After being the only car at the drive-thru for 6 minutes (2 in the parking lot) waiting on my single meal, then she tossed the bag at me then shut the window. No “thank you for waiting” or “have a good day”
