I just pulled through the drive-thru and it was busy. I used mobile app to order. I had to pull around a wait a little longer that anticipated for the food. Service staff was slim so I understood. When I got my food it was all fresh. Fries hot and crispy, burger and chicken sandwich fresh. Bread warm, sourdough toasted perfectly. Egg roll fresh and crisp. I couldn’t have asked for a fast food meal better prepared. I would have given 5 stars if I didn’t have to wait a little longer for the food. I could tell that the staff was stressed but they were doing the right thing the best they could!

We had a very positive experience here. The person who took our order was very enthusiastic about the menu and current food promotion. She patiently took our order while explaining the food options. Even when when she had to come out and correct a setting on the soda machine, she was positive and cheerful. It was enjoyable getting our food from this location from someone positive and friendly. Of course the food was great too.

Came on Christmas Eve. Give every single employee working that night huge bonuses or raises because they are absolutely not paid enough for the volume of orders and stress they had to endure. I would give them all 100 bucks a peice if I could. Good job team and thank you for your efforts

Stopped in at the Washington Jack on Saturday and I guess the change in management has worked? This was some of the freshest and best tasting food I’ve gotten in 15 years from a Jack in the Box. The bun, bacon, cheese on the burger were perfect. Fries were fresh and the drinks were spot on, not overwater or needing a syrup change. Food came quick and the staff was nice as usual. Hit the taste I look forward too when I eat here and makes we want to come back a lot sooner. Great Job to the staff that day.

Not busy at all. Pull up to drive thru to me vehicle at window. I sit at the drive thru no one acknowledges we are there. Wait a min still nothing l. I say hello and they are instant one a minutes. No welcome to jack n the box I’ll be right with u. I continue to wait a few more we minutes before they ask for my order. I begin to order. I order one thing and she’s instantly like that all. No. I order another item that all. No. I couldn’t even offer all my food with her asking is that all after every item. Proceed to pull up to window, I’m the only car remind you. I pay l, there is few workers there, she tells me to pull around into a spot they will bring my food. I was the only one there. And don’t order much or anything crazy. The fast food industry has gone down hill so bad.
