Ordered online. Order was supposed to be completed before we arrived. We check in, they say they are still getting it ready. Fast forward 20 minutes and they say “it didn’t appear in our system” brother why did you tell us when we arrived. And on top of that, they got both orders completely wrong. Will never come back

The food was great and the restaurant was clean and a great atmosphere, however, I ordered on line to pick up over an hour later. When I arrived to pick up my order the young girl working the counter immediately inquired about my order. The guy working in the kitchen was standing around on his phone. When asked if my order was ready he simply replied no. Then he turned around and got the order printout off the machine and started making the order. The young girl would not even come back over to the counter by the register. I placed my order at 3:48pm to be picked up at 5:00pm. I feel like my order should have been ready for pick up and not have to stand around waiting for it to be filled. After all that’s the whole purpose of placing an order online for pick up. So because of the service I gave them a 3 out of 5 stars. They really should make sure everything is caught up before playing on the phone, after all that is their job and they should take pride in their job no matter what it happens to be .

Everything is good except the pickle spears. I like a good deli pickle spear with the meal. These are almost inedible. The skin is so tough I ended spitting it out after eating about half of it. It might seem like a small detail but it kind of disappoints and ruins their reputation for quality.

This spot is joyful, clean/tidy, and of course delicious! The staff are all very warm and friendly. The inside is inviting and super clean/new. The food is fabulous and reasonably priced. Great place to grab a bite.

Their natural lemonade tastes like homemade, the little cookie is good, like one of those frosted sugar cookies from Kroger but not as soft. I haven’t eaten the flower one yet, but it is probably the same as the little one. I got the Jalapeño Holly chicken salad on my bacon cheddar melt with lettuce and tomato on a croissant. The chicken salad was about medium hot, which is what I prefer. The croissant was fresh and perfectly toasted. The only thing that was mildly disappointing was the mac n cheese. I guess I was expecting something more homemade-ish, but it tasted like Velveeta. Not bad, just not what I was expecting. Also the noodles were “al dente,” and for mac n cheese, I prefer them to be more cooked. It’s a little pricey, so not somewhere I’d go often, but it’s a nice change from regular fast food. I will definitely be back!
