This mcdonalds made me come back 2 times and still I left thinking it was finally made right and it still wasn’t i should have gone back a third time. It sad. Customer service was great , I and another person was trying to order our food and use a coupon but the app was not working . After a whole 15 minutes the app decide to work and no one was in the front for another 15 minutes while we waited no one took our after two people walked and stand in line with us .

Really nice updated interior, there are outlets all over the place if you need to charge up. I’m always looking for places to relax and charge my EUC along my routes. This was a great spot with a good atmosphere to refuel my stomach as well as my wheel. The staff were pretty friendly.

Waited 10 minutes and got the wrong order and then the guy gave me a hard time the 10 minutes later a guy with my order tells him that he got the wrong order and I stared at the manager and he rolls his eyes and made me my spicy chicken sandwich.

One of the best McDonald’s around in Connecticut. I doordash and there isn’t any nearly as clean or nice with the service as this. Even when I want McDonald’s I drive out of my way to this one. Also recently they had a menu item out and I bought it through the app. They made it up to me and were able to give me a mocha Carmel frappe. I highly recommend this one even if it is a 20 minute extra drive it’s worth it

I have never written a review ever in my life but the absolute DISGUST I experienced today changes that. I orders through doordash and received the wrong order and I contacted my driver but he couldn’t do anything about it because the bag was sealed. I brought the order back to this location and the first employee I talked to was very nice and then she brought it to who I assume was the manager. I have never been spoken to in such a nasty tone in my life. He immediately was hostile and said I needed to call doordash and that he couldn’t do anything, which I completely understand. It was the nasty and rude tone of his voice that angered me so heavily. Talking to two young girls with such hostility and disrespect should never be tolerated. Instead of a simple i’m sorry it’s company policy, he was very rude and dismissive to our problem. Now I have lost money and have no ice cream, on top of being berated at a Mcdonald’s at 10:30pm. NEVER giving this place my money again, honestly go to Arby’s across the street I have never had a bad experience there while this location has CONSTANTLY forgotten items or treated me oddly. I wish I could give this place a zero but that’s not possible so I give it a 1.
