They were recommended to use at the hotel that we stayed at one night in a different city. So we went by and their hours posted on their site and door showed closi g at 10pm. We walked in at 9:07 and were told that they were closed. “But your hours posted show 10.” “Oh, that is our Summer hours, you can come tomorrow. ” But si ce we were told they were so good, we had to try them before we left Oregon. They are a local chain and in multiple cities throughout Oregon. Our next try was at the location near the airport in Medford, and they notified us that they were about to have a very large private party and would not be able to seat us, but we could order to go. OR, you might be able to go to the one in White City five minutes down the road. We opted for White City. We did a custom order pizza, and it was wonderful. Service could have been better. Employees were doing stuff on their phones, and we stood there a little bit before we were acknowledged. But once we got our order, we’ll it was worth the wait. It was fantastic!

Abbys employees were very attentive and helpful. The manager, Kathy, shared some info and looked something up for me. The pizza was very good with a nice crispy crust. The pizza was done on a timely manner.

The pizza is good, but extremely high prized. Service leaves a little bit to be desired. It almost seemed as if I was inconveniencing them by having them make a pizza.

I ordered pepperoni and mushroom. It came with added gravel and a chipped tooth. I called to discuss it and the manager just told me that it wasn’t there when she cut the pizza. So I’m guessing it jumped onto the pizza itself. Stuff happens in a restaurant, but it’s how you handle the issue that can set you apart.

I’m not a fan of being accused of sabotaging my own food, so for the manager that decided to do that, feel free to look at the rest of my reviews and note that I’m not a big complainer. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Great pizza. Friendly.

Edited for 2025: still the best food. Good family atmosphere. It doesn’t have artificial noise such as loud music, so it’s quiet enough for seniors or noise sensitive people, but it’s also a place where kids can be kids and make reasonable kid noises. The potatoes are sliced thick and fried to perfection. Hot, crispy, holds salt. The crust on the pizza is crispy and the toppings fresh and delicious. The staff are good people, friendly and kind.

Gathered here with family after a service for my husband’s grandfather. This was one of his favorite places to eat. He loved the pizza and the people! We got pepperoni, cheese, Hawaiian, and garlic chicken! It was all very tasty and we appreciate the employees hosting our large group!

Would not recommend playing slots here. Had an issue with one of the games on the downstairs machine. Put $20 in and only got two $2 bets and one $1 bet it took my whole $20 when it was a penny game. Asked the staff and they didn’t know so another staff member (I believe the manager) told me I’d have to call Oregon Lottery which is a bunch of crap as they have a key to open it up and look at the game receipts and all that. They’re specifically trained to do those things. Shortly after while I was talking with my daughter my husband watcjed one of the workers walk in to the machine room and come out weirdly. I called Oregon Lottery and they even confirmed that the staff should have opened the machine that there’s only so many plays till after they can’t go back and see it through there system meaning I’m completely out of luck getting it resolved but they did say they will be taking it up with higher management and corporate.

Nothing like an Abby’s Pizza. We moved out of the area and I was passing through and stopped and ate there. Pizza was fantastic!

Horrible pizza, not worth $35. Barely any toppings and I didn’t receive my whole order. Not sure if just the Eagle Point location. I’ve had Abbeys before and it was not this disappointing.

When I called them and asked them about their gluten-free crust they he said no worries. We have at least 10 of them in the freezer.
When I told them that we were coming with a large group, he said don’t worry, there’s two areas you can reserve for a large group,
When I forgot to call back and make a reservation and we actually showed up and there were close to 40 of us. They called in two extra workers who must have lived very close because we had about 30 different orders and they filled them all within 45 minutes and not all the orders were made right at once they trickled in. The staff there went out of their way to make our celebration a happy and stress-free one. We told them that we needed to be somewhere else by 7:00 and they made sure that we were all cashed out and ready to go by 6:30.
The other thing that was quite extraordinary is that I called and ordered a few pizzas about a half an hour before our arrival time because I didn’t know how many people were going to be there and I knew there would be some hungry people so when I got there they asked if I wanted to just leave my tab open because I wasn’t sure if I was going to be ordering anything else and I actually did order a few other things and paid before I left.
The other thing that was amazing about Abby’s legendary pizza was that they accidentally burned my gluten-free pizza. When I showed them that they had burnt my pizza, they quickly made it right.
We will definitely go back again.
