Very disappointing experience.
I waited 47 minutes just to get through the drive-thru line, and then an additional 27 minutes sitting at the ordering speaker with no response at all. I repeatedly said “hello” and was never told to please wait or that the system was down, even though employees were wearing headsets.
Assuming the speaker might be broken, I continued forward since there were cars ahead of me. When I reached the window to place my order, the employee told me she couldn’t help me because there were “other orders ahead of me,” which made no sense since I was the next car. She then closed the window on me and went to get the manager.
The manager told me there had been cars waiting “all day,” which is unfortunate, but I had already waited over an hour at that point. He asked me to go back around the drive-thru again, even though the line was backed up nearly into the street. I asked if I could come inside to order and was told no, because they were only allowing DoorDash and Uber Eats pickups inside due to being behind.
I got back in line and counted 26 cars in front of me. The manager did not offer any assistance, explanation, apology, or even a courtesy drink—just told me to wait again. The line was barely moving, and this was already my second time through.
This was an extremely frustrating experience with very poor communication and customer service. I understand being busy, but completely ignoring customers and offering no solutions is unacceptable.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order. I spent over $40 and received barely half of what I paid for. I ordered the new SpongeBob adult Happy Meal, a SpongeBob Whopper, and an OG large Whopper meal. Instead, all I received were the tots, my pie, and the drinks.

On top of that, I was given two regular OG Whoppers instead of the SpongeBob Whoppers with the sponge bun that I specifically paid for. These meals are not cheap, and it’s unacceptable to receive the wrong items—especially when the themed meals were the entire reason for my visit.

I do not live close enough to drive back, so returning wasn’t an option.

Asking for a water cup with your meal costs $0.25 per cup. This is the only place in the state ive encountered this! Ridiculous.

Dining room has a fly problem currently (sept 2024). Flies landing on my face and our food.

Food tasted good and bathrooms were clean. Fries were a bit underdone.

August 7th. 2025: They forgot the cheese on my 2 chicken sandwiches. Paid $2 extra for it. Both sandwich wrappers were marked that they had cheese, so I didnt investigate farther at the drivthru before I left. At this point, it’s basically my fault.

As a side note, my Dr. Pepper was marked diet and my mom’s diet was marked as other.

I went back to get the cheese even though it is a long drive. The people were nice about it. I’m not sure I could make this stuff up. Picture included.

July 2025 edit: We don’t go to this BK very often. It is not the closest, however our local BK is terrible. This BK seems to have an issue with cheese. They tend to short you cheese no matter what you say or how much money you give them. A Whopper with cheese is supposed to have TWO slices of cheese. You can CLEARLY see this on the BK website. However, they only give one. I asked for (and was charged for) extra cheese on my Double Whopper. I got two slices, which is what you are supposed to get (again, if you go on the BK menu website, it clearly shows two slices. Extra should be four slices or at least three. My burger was mediocre. A double whopper NEEDS four slices. My mom’s regular whopper only had a single slice, which barely covers 1/2 the burger patty.
I don’t expect my food to look like the pictures, but I do expect the photo to be representative of what you get. Two slices means two slices. AND I was charged money. Which really annoys me.
Furthermore, I was told I could not sub chicken fries for fries. They “let it slide” this time, but that is ridiculous. BK allows you to do this. I don’t care if it is a franchise or not. They need to follow the menu BK lays out. This is the second time I’ve been shorted cheese. Next time I won’t just leave a review, I will contact BK corporate about it. Follow the menu. I DO NOT want free food, but I do like getting what I pay for. That doesnt seem like it should be a bar you don’t hit, but here we are.
And please explain to your employees what the little nubs on the top of the sodas are for. We had to go home and do smell tests to figure out which soda was which. It’s not that hard to just pop the little diet or other nubbin down. Otherwise, the people were nice enough.
Overall just a mediocre experience. And that isn’t a complement.

I stood in the drive through line, waited 17mins up front where they told me to wait. No one came out, had to go back in the drive through line because door was locked. I was told that they gave my order to someone else. Okay, so now they will make my order again. 12mins later, came out with my order, my order was wrong, missing cheese, and no drink. This is my 3rd time here and now it’s my last. This location needs new management, new training and real customer service. I’ve had bad experiences at fast food places but this was the worst. I don’t know why their doors was locked when it’s 1pm on a Saturday. Go here at your own risk and good luck.

Stop there today because I was in a rush and was pleasantly surprised, a young man, i believe his name was allen, what’s so refreshing compared to some of the younger workers at these fast foods, he was quick witted, mature for his age, very friendly, yet professional. I love

Both Burger Kings in the area seem to not be able to handle their customer load and arent the fastest of foods. With 4 cars in the drive through, 3 of us had to wait out front for our food. Don’t go on a short lunch break.

Original chicken sandwich hot, but very little lettuce. Whopper was lukewarm with a lot of lettuce, regular pickles and 1 tomato slice. Sweet Tea, at 8:30 pm, fresh. Overall could use a little work but not bad. I have had worse BK’s.

They forgot to include some of my food so I had to drive all they way back to the store. When I arrived they tried handing me the COLD FOOD THEY FORGOT! When I asked for fresh ones the worker sat there and argued that they were fresh… when they were cold to the touch! Instead of trying to do anything to make up for the inconvenience and hassle all I got was a rude argument from from the “SELF PROCLAIMED” Manager..who also wouldn’t state her name when asked! I am shocked a business would hire someone who would treat their customers so bad .. that the only thing a person could do, is do a Google review on how horrible they treat a customer when THEY MADE THE MISTAKE! Besides the rest of my food now being cold when I actually got home to eat it!!! FAILURE ON CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR SURE!

I got the wrong drink, my food was dry as the Sahara dessert, and my child’s nuggets are hard and crunchy. I’ve cane here multiple times and never had an issue until tonight. It doesn’t help that the staff has clearly understaffed but either way they could have took a couple of extra minutes to at least make sure it’s all correct.
