I ran through the drive thru on my way home. I ordered, paid, got my food and drove off. When I opened the bag, I had an amazing tasting burger and HALF a pod of French fries! I almost turned around and asked for the rest of my fries but decided to just come home. I don’t understand why they only filled it half full. Otherwise, it was pretty good.

Gentlemen at counter was very nice. We are very concerned with poor cleanliness. All tables haven’t been wiped in a long while. The condiments area is totally destroyed with everything! We told them it needed attention. One staff member came out & picked up trash but never wiped anything while we were there.
It’s our opinion that if y’all don’t get your act together this new building is gonna go down fast & so will the business.

Went in today with my young daughter for lunch, her choice. The young man who took our order was very kind, polite, great job there. The rest of the staff seemed young and were chatting and one girl was pulling the top of her pants down to show a white heart on her hip to another young female employee… Or taking a out how she wanted to get a white heart there. Either way about a tattoo. The best part is when we tried to sit down and half the tables were sticky, there was short black hairs on the sets of 3 benches. The whole place was sticky and not clean. Very sad that no one takes work seriously anymore!!

Service was average as usual from any fast food chain.
Here’s the problem…
My food was cold. Refrigerator cold.
The line wasn’t packed or anything like that and they gave me a cold croissant.
If it had been something not cured or raw, it could kill someone or make them very sick. Please Burger King Staff take this into consideration.
Also my sweet tea was obviously yesterday’s sweet tea, because it was sour as armpits.
Not worth your money. Go anywhere else.

Consistent poor service. They refused to serve me a hamburger without a bun even after I told them I have a gluten sensitivity. They have terrible attitudes and general incompetence. Every single other Burger King I’ve been to is better. This location can’t ring items up the same as other locations and the service is consistently awful. I will fine anywhere else to eat in Oneonta, AL. I come to town once a month and have a different person provide unacceptable and rude service, sometimes while even double charging me. The person who was horribly rude is listed on the receipt image I am attaching. This person is running off your customers. You’ve lost by business and I’m sure many others. Stay home if you don’t want to do your job.

Went through the drive thru and I was totally surprised. Only 1 employee was working. Said the other people didn’t show up for work. But I will say that the gentleman who was working made all the difference in the world. Smiles and professional are very short words for him. There was more than me in line for food and he was doing a great job with the orders. Accurate, prompt, courteous and very professional. Whoever the guy is needs a raise. If for nothing else because he doesn’t mind working and making sure that he got it right. By himself and didn’t complain. Most would have closed and left but he didn’t want to. He is a manager and a good one! AGAIN thanks for the service you sir are a valuable asset to your company.
