The food was alright. The prime rib we asked medium came out very rear almost black and blue. the service would have been good but we got the worst server Laura. May be the worst server I have ever had, if you can’t handle it don’t work as a server.
Cool place to go usually good. Worth it if you have comps.

This is one of my favorite spots in Council Bluffs–mainly for the 360° view of the city. The vibe is perfect for a night out and the staff is always so great. The food was solid overall. The flatbread was decent, but the real star (not pictured) is the spinach artichoke dip in the bread bowl. Easily the best thing on the menu–huge portion and perfect for sharing.

The salmon and risotto were also standouts. We finished with the banana bread pudding, which was the perfect ending–just sweet enough.

If you’re celebrating something or just want to treat yourself, this place makes the night feel like an event. I’d absolutely go back.

Great dining experience all-around on. Thursday evening with excellent service my Megan. She was attentive but not overly. The salmon with butternut squash risotto was simply scrumptious as well as the French onion soup. We also had the mushroom side dish and crusted chicken Parmesan which weren’t as good. The view of the Omaha skyline and river is wonderful, especially at sunset but they decor could be freshened up a bit with a more modern feel. The food, service, and view will draw us back for more!

It was my 1st time visiting Nebraska & this restaurant. Been to most Harrahs hotels (Cali,Vegas,Missouri) & I like the company. But this dining experience was just “okay”.

Atmosphere: Wonderful! View was stunning esp it was about sunset.

Service: Became sour response from our waiter after I ordered 3 appetizers & mocktails- no main course as we/2 pax were not so hungry; still paid almost $100 inclusing the rightful TIPS (To Insure Prompt Service) of course.

Food: Loved the Crab cake & my friend liked the chicken flatbread. BUT… the Calamare was disappointing; looked appealing but they were thin strings of squid full of breaded flour & has few bell peppers & other vegies too. It supposed to be for garnish only but seemed like part of the dish?

Let see,
We never got our drinks. Just simples sodas.
Salads had like 4 pieces of lettuce in it
We didn’t get steak knives
Out waiters showed up 2 times
Once For the order and second for the bill
The sides were said to be shareable which were not, The food is flavorless, my asparagus tasted like grass and was mushy, and was not even warm.
I paid extra in advance for a “nice view” spoiler! It’s a freaking parking lot!!
I spent over 150$ for a “nice” anniversary dinner and it was very disappointing!
Very unhappy – not coming back.

Unfortunately, I have to leave a one-star review. I’ll lay this out in order.

I made an online reservation and arrived 10 minutes early. We were seated immediately, which was great. The main reason we chose 360 Steakhouse was for the sunset view, but we were seated on the east side facing Council Bluffs. When I asked to move to a west-facing table, we were told they were full.

Our booth faced a screaming baby and a toddler running circles around nearby tables. At nearly 8pm in a pricey steakhouse, I didn’t expect this kind of scene. There were at least four other empty booths they could’ve sat us in, but they didn’t. The family lingered for another 30 minutes, and after they left, their dirty table sat untouched for the rest of our meal — a poor look for a mid-range steakhouse.

After an unusually long wait, our server arrived. I asked for an IPA, and after some hesitation, she landed on Lagunitas. No local options. My wife ordered a Moscow Mule. We were offered rolls and accepted. After more waiting, drinks and two rolls arrived. My bottled Lagunitas had visible sediment, which isn’t typical. No glass was offered. I flagged it immediately and asked for a replacement.

Five minutes later, the server returned with the same beer poured into a chilled mug, claiming the sediment was no longer an issue. I’ve never seen a restaurant reuse a customer’s rejected drink, especially at this price point. The beer was flat and clearly past its prime. I kept quiet and decided to press on.

We placed our order: ribeye (medium), garlic mashed potatoes, and French onion soup for me; pear salad and well-done fries for my wife. Another round of rolls arrived — oddly three this time, highlighting a lack of consistency.

When the food finally came, it was a string of disappointments. My steak was cooked to medium but tasted like unseasoned, low-grade beef. No marbling, no flavor. I left half of it. The mashed potatoes were lukewarm and barely hinted at garlic. The soup tasted like over-concentrated onion bullion with soggy onions, and left a lingering taste well into the next day. The fries arrived in a large portion but were limp and unsalted — nowhere near “crispy.” The pear salad was the only highlight for my wife.

Google asks for ratings for Food, Service, and Atmosphere:

Food: 1/5 — Everything was flavorless, even the beer. An impressive miss on every front.
Service: 1/5 — Slow, inattentive, and brought back the same beer I complained about. At $115 for two, don’t seat dressed-up couples next to disruptive kids when other booths are open. Clean tables promptly.
Atmosphere: 1/5 — Dirty tables, crying kids, an awkward layout, and a server hovering at the service station next to our booth entering orders.

If this was a $10-20 meal, I could overlook some of it. At $115, it’s unacceptable. Omaha has far better steakhouses at better prices. I won’t be back, and if this is your only option, skip it and save your steak night for elsewhere. My wife suggested leaving a $0 tip — I pitied the server and left 10%, though in hindsight, I should’ve gone with her call.

Food Portions: Generous! Nothing was presented as if it were the last. The salads along were filling! My Ribeye wasn’t cooked per my request but still enjoyable.
Service: She was very pleasant and happy to be there. Failed to let us know about the specials for the day What if we wanted to take advantage of this special???
Atmosphere: We were on the Westside of the room allowing us to see the downtown skyline of Omaha…very picturesque! For the asking price point for food, there was NO Dress Code enforcement! Come as you are, just bring your wallet! It was worth the small investment!

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Rude Staff and Poor Service

I normally don’t write reviews, especially bad ones, but this experience needs to be shared. I took my girlfriend to this restaurant for her 40th birthday, and from the start, things went downhill.

When we arrived, we asked if we needed to be seated, and the staff said we could sit wherever we wanted — including the high-top tables near the bar. We chose a larger high-top to have some space to ourselves since the place wasn’t even busy. Our bartender was great and took good care of our drinks, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say.

A different person came to take our appetizer order, and then another man came over and tried to do the same. It was confusing, and the man was rude, questioning why we were sitting at a larger table even after we explained that we were told we could sit anywhere.

While eating our appetizer, that same rude gentleman came over and started taking the plate away before we were finished. I told him to leave it and not come back to our table. Things just kept getting worse.

We waited over an hour after the appetizer for our main food, and when it finally came, both steaks were cooked wrong. Mine was supposed to be medium rare, but it came well done. My girlfriend’s was supposed to be medium, but it was more like medium rare. Frustrated, I stepped outside for a smoke, and while I was gone, the manager brought my plate back to the table shining a flashlight on the steak, asking my girlfriend if that’s how I wanted it. Completely unprofessional.

When I returned, they said they were remaking my steak. However, when the new one came out, it was barely cooked — cold and raw inside. At that point, I told them to just bring me the bill. The manager was rude the entire time and made us feel completely unwelcome — like we didn’t belong there because of how we were dressed.

Yes, I’m a biker, and I dress like one. That doesn’t mean I can’t afford a nice meal or don’t deserve respect. I guarantee I make more in a month than that manager does in a year.

This experience ruined what was supposed to be a special night. I’ll never step foot in that restaurant again, and I won’t accept any apology for the way we were treated. Don’t judge people by how they look — treat everyone with respect.

Not worth the hype or the price! Service was great! Food not so much and you are paying top dollar so it should be top of the line quality and taste. It is not. I had the ribeye, ordered it medium, came out medium rare. It was tender but hard to cut. It had no flavor! No seasoning no char on the outside. Baked potato was luke warm and not cooked all the way through. My husband said his filet was fine but not much flavor. $200 meal! However, service was excellent.
