To make the long story short, I ordered a 30 piece chicken buffalo/mild. We sat down to eat our dinner and noticed our chicken was in a bed of oil. I’ve never seen this before so I’m not sure what that comes from but what I do know is this is a stomach ache waiting to happen. My husband calls to let them know and was told it’s nothing they can do about it because we aren’t willing to drive 25 min away again to bring the food back. I know good and well we couldn’t be the only people who experienced this. The inconsiderateness is what’s bugging me the most &&&& this is actually the second time I’ve had to call them about food but the first time I did take the food back but was refused a refund and was offered for them to remake my food which I agreed but didn’t want it that day. I returned the next day to get my food replaced and they said they had no knowledge of the situation so I was just outta luck. I will NOT be going back no time soon!

General Manager was rude as all get out to us and then our ranch was spilled all over the bag and then i called them and the the GM picked up and told me she wasn’t rude to me and then hung up on me. sooo disrespectful.

Pre-ordered 24 hrs in advance hoping to avoid any hassles, and still had to wait 1 hr for my order. Unacceptable, especially when we were told they were only running 20min behind. Had I known it was going to be a full hour, I would have cancelled and asked for a refund and gone elsewhere. Previous orders have been sub-par, so this was the last straw. I hope all Wingstops are not this bad! Will not return…ever

After I working 10+ shift. I order food Togo My family and I food and was it horrible I ask for well done fries( which they don’t fry them until you arrive) they wasn’t and all my chicken sandwiches bread was burnt.. I’m so mad because I should have checked my bag but they sealed it with a sticker. I got home to call them and young lady answered I told her the issue and she said hold on.. 10 minutes later waiting. I wouldn’t every spend money here again service always suck

Ok… Giving this place 4 stars because it is open till midnight, located at the cross of two main roads and kind of cute looking inside. To be real you have to know what to order to get acceptable food here. I came here to try some hot crispy chicken wings and finished with over fried pieces of white dry chicken meat bathing in a pond of sauce. So, boneless chicken pieces are NOT the same wings but without bones. Menu and prices from Google maps are nothing even close to real ones. I paid almost $14 for medium combo (8 pieces of chicken, veggies, dip and drink) and honestly I could get something way better at pizza or sandwich place.

Getting 1 star should be considered generous for this location. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been waiting over an hour for their online orders including myself just to pick up a 10 piece combo. They’re not calling out orders and letting the food pile up. Why not yell out names when clearly you have people here ready to pick up, regardless if their food isn’t ready you’re potentially opening up space.
The worker in the hat definitely needs more help from his coworkers…

Kinda small, really busy. We waited, about 25 minutes until we got our food. I wonder, if that’s a regular thing over the weekend? Anyway, the fries were good and the BBQ wings were very good. I’ll definitely go back. It’s worth, the wait.

This has been one of my WORST experiences with a “Multi-Million Dollar” business to date. I ordered a meal for delivery. Not only did I not receive a notification email that the food was delivered, but my meal was missing the cheese for the cheese fries as well as my 20 oz Sweet Tea. See pics for reference. The food had sat outside for nearly 30 minutes and was cold. I spoke with an associate the first time I called about it. He was extremely unprofessional, they took no accountability for the mistakes and instead blamed it all on the 3rd Party (Doordash) THEY work with. It doesn’t say that my delivery would be fulfilled by a 3rd party. He explained this and said basically there was nothing he would be able to do and that was coming from the manager. I was also told that they individual couldn’t call me back because they didn’t have my number or contact information. It is on the receipt attached to the bag they delivered. I called back a minute or 2 later because I realized I had not received my drink either. The same employee picked up the phone and when I started talking he placed me on hold. I called back and the same employee seemed confused when I started telling him what was going on. I let him know that he had just spoken with me less than 5 minutes ago and he said oh. I asked to speak directly to the manager and he hung up on me. About 5 minutes later I receive a call from the manager who turned out to be equally as unprofessional, turning snappy and loud. My whole agency heard this conversation, and we will no longer support this establishment, due to their lack of professionalism and horrendous customer service!
