A very good experience! The food was well-prepared and delicious, the service was super kind, and it has a comfortable, laid back atmosphere. The pork xiaolongbao are my favorites and are pictured here. I am also a big fan of their beef tom yum, which has a perfect amount of ginger and spice. I don’t see a lot of people there often, but I truly think the food is worth trying and the business worth supporting.

Update! Went Back At Night and This place does not disappoint for a to go Spot! Once Again the chef’s were really Kind and gave us Drinks! Ordered the Pork Tonkatsu& Beef Tom Yum noodle Soup! Great food and Atmosphere for a Late night Eat! The Place closes at 12Am! On Certain Days.

Owners and Servers are Very Kind and Understanding. Switched From take out to Dine in to See the Atmosphere. ordered the Pork Tonkotsu and Brisket rice Noodle!! The Umami from the Tonkatsu Was By far the Best Ramen In Town( given my Experiences at Taichi and sago Ramen). I absolutely Loved the Ramen and Will Definitely Be coming Back!! This small hibachi takeout spot is a hidden gem. The rice bowls are full of flavor, cooked fresh, and the portions are great for the price. The meat is always tender, the veggies are seasoned perfectly, and everything tastes just like restaurant-style hibachi.

Service is quick and friendly, and the food always comes out hot and fresh. Definitely a go-to spot if you want a fast, satisfying hibachi meal without the wait.

We went here for dinner!

For atmosphere: Really nice cute and clean! It doesn’t give the feel that you need to do take out or leave fast! Very comfortable! The music was really good too and a good volume.

Service: the girl behind the counter was so nice, genuinely attentive and kind even tho it’s dinner time. We tipped 30% because we genuinely loved the food and the service. She gave us 3 free classic milk tea with crystal boba to go!! It taste amazing and not sweet like the usual boba in buffalo.

Food: so good! Huge portions! We shared and still ended up taking home! The stir fry udon is soooo good compared to other places where it’s bland. I can taste the sesame oil in it tho. The mala spicy noodle is actually really good! I love malatang and I’ve tried malatang from other places in buffalo and it’s still good but very very oily, the mala spicy noodle here was perfect. The tonkatsu ramen was good but a little bland, but not in a way it ruined dinner for us. The prices are amazing and affordable too! We spent like $40-45 I think on 3 items that were very generously sized.

Can’t wait to come back!

First time trying, it was delicious! I got tonkatsu ramen and the brown sugar cakes. Everything was hot and season so well. I’ll definitely be going back. The only thing that happened was my order (I placed it online) didn’t come in until about 20 minutes after it said I should be there to pick it up. As soon as they saw it they made my food very quickly. I don’t fault them though, it was clearly a tech issue not theirs, but just a heads up in case it happens to you!

We stopped in after work for dinner. We got the vegetable spring rolls, crab rangoon, tonkatsu ramen, dry tossed rice noodles with minced pork, passion fruit bobo green tea, and mango pomelo sago tea. The appetizers were okay and very typical for an item that is available from frozen. I would like to see house made vegetable spring rolls. The Ramen had a delicious and balanced broth. The noodles were cooked perfectly with a bounce on each chew. The chashu (pork belly) was flavorful and tender. I would definitely get it again. It was also topped with ear mushrooms, nappa cabbage, scallion, nori, fish cake, and soy sauce marinated medium boiled egg. The tossed rice noodle had a kick, but it was a good spicy topped with minced pork, scallions, corn, cucumber, and soy sauce marinated medium boiled egg. Note: it is a peanut butter base sauce. The cucumber gave the dish a reprieve from the building spiciness. The was plenty of food where we decided to finish the ramen dish and take the rice noodle home for lunch tomorrow. We were plenty satisfied with the meal. We ended our dinner with Boba. The passionfruit was tart and refreshing. The mango tea was creamy and paired beautifully with the spicy rice noodle. Note: we requested no additional sugar as the fruit syrups made the drink appropriately sweet. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend for first-timers.
Also, the staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Thank you!

The service is attentive with many new staff learning. Interior is small, minimal and modern design. They’ve only been open for a week. The scallion pancake is only one pancake cut up, so a bit expesive for this app. The cucumber salad is tasty. The pork and scallion pie is good. The Ramen is a generous portion but not a lot of toppings (same goes for all the soups). You can pay for more toppings and add ins. The Thai rice noodle soup is not spicy even though it says it is. The Mala soup is like Szechuan hot pot. If you like the numbing sensation, it has it. They package the leftover soup really well by separating the noodles from the broth. You can’t beat the price for the soups.

✨ Flavors That Hit the Spot at JBC Rice Noodles & Ramen!

I stopped by JBC Rice Noodles & Ramen today for lunch and—WOW—what a treat! Every bite was pure joy. Here’s what I tried:

Chicken Popcorn – Crispy, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. Addictive from the very first bite!

Chicken Dumplings – Soft, flavorful, and served piping hot. A must-have for dumpling lovers.

Chicken Fried Rice – Comfort in a bowl. Fragrant, well-balanced, and packed with tender chicken.

Iced Lychee Drink – The perfect refreshment! Light, sweet, and super refreshing. Ideal for cutting through the spices.

Each dish was crafted with care, bursting with flavor, and served with a smile. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming—just the kind of place you want to linger over good food and good conversation.

Can’t wait to go back and try more!
JBC, you’ve earned a forever fan. ✨

Oh nooo, another new delicious ramen spot?? What will I ever doooo??

But seriously I’m glad this little restaurant sprang up recently, as it was a great surprise! I went there the other day to grab a Tonkatsu Ramen (pictured), and it was very tasty. Delicious portions of crispy pork, noodles were great, and the broth was excellent If there was just one ingredient that didn’t work as much for me, it was the cabbage in the dish, which was a bit small, but otherwise very good. Looking forward to coming back!

Ordered delivery. Was very disappointed. Pork dumplings were deep fried in a thick batter..very strange. They were ok. The udon noodles with chicken barely had any flavor and what little flavor it was was very strange and unpleasant. The noodles were overcooked. Lots of vegetables though . I had 3 bites and couldn’t eat the rest.
