Took a while for me to get my food, then when I got to work I saw this… like come on not a full piece of chicken. I get there’s a rush but come on. And the fries weren’t even cooked all the way. The sweet tea was the only thing that i was okay with. Then she didnt even give me my receipt for my points crumpled it and just threw it in the trash, no have a nice day or nothing. I hope they have better days.

I surely thought I took pictures well let me say the customer service was amazing the front counter male was nice he talked to us and even recommended some tasty treats! The strawberry shake was everything and then some! Love love love DQ this visit was great as all the locations I have visited in the past. The chicken tender basket came out hot and fresh yummy and the fries along with the hunger buster hit the taste buds palate. The restaurant was organized and clean no complaints except I wish my appetite was bigger but I had had of the sandwich by my boyfriend demolished his basket.

Ordered takeout at my local Dairy Queen and as usual, with the evening shift, was highly disappointed. After not only dealing with poor customer service skills but observing it all over the DQ atmosphere with employees, I had to wait +30 minutes for my food. (I was the very first of a rush, and the last to be served.) I ordered a Taco Salad and Chicken Strip Basket… a very simple order and yet still, left even more dissatisfied. Terrible decision on my end, so heads up folks…. think twice before you wanna stop in. Management really needs to step up with the night time crew and hire & TRAIN some decent shift leads that can make a difference and begin to improve this place. Here’s what $10.99 gets you… so don’t expect to leave or end up on a full stomach either.

Do I need to post anything other than this picture? Ice cream was amazing! So good we had to go back for seconds. Service was excellent too and the drive thru Window moved quickly, one of the best Dairy Queens I’ve been to in 40 years.

The Dairy Queen in Llano, TX is a good one. Prompt and friendly service. Tried a Ranch burger with the fried jalapeños, it was fantastic!

A pleasant small town Dairy Queen with it’s standard menu. They were understaffed at the Counter resulting in a 10+ minute wait to have the order taken but I believe it was that they were very busy with door dash and drive through orders and training new people. Once they took the orders the food came out hot and tasty. Probably a staffing faux pas not usually experienced. I’d recommend it.

The customer service was great! The staff were funny and friendly. The food was fine, including the chicken & dumplings, which we tried for the first time. It wasn’t on the menu because it’s seasonal, but ask for it and try it! It was greatness!
I’m usually not impressed with DQ’s bathrooms. This location had the cleanest bathroom with paper towels and a trashcan by the door! This is very sanitary for any restaurant. That’s an automatic score of 10 for me!

Some of the smallest and un attractive burgers I have ever seen. Blizzard was lacking a few key items. Not a big fan of Dairy Queen and this place only further solidified my opinion.
