We could also buy buckets of ice for iced coffees, which were a hit! The Chick-fil-A team loaded everything into our car, showcasing their commitment to customer service. I visit the Glen Carbon location 2 -5 times per week typically for lunch and to work a bit while there.
The entire location is extremely well run, everyone is extremely friendly and competent from the owner Phillip, to Mary and Geneva who manage the dining room with the best attitude and very hard working mentality. Always a great experience, great food, prompt service, friendly and clean atmosphere..

This place is still fairly new, but I am telling you something.. you would never be able to tell. Their employees are on the spot.
Shelby (maybe Shelly) went above and beyond to refill our drinks when other workers were busy. She was so very pleasant.
All the food came out hot and fresh. The restaurant was super clean. The first one in the area – they have set the bar high for any others that follow. Good job, ChickFila – the fast food place that never disappoints.
Oh, and on a side note- their trash cans are touchless compactors. Was pretty cool to see.

Very clean store with beautiful landscaping and flowers. Of course the service was top notch- as you’d expect! Saturday night and they were quick, friendly and the food was tasty- what more could you want!

I went to chick fil a because I heard they have good options for gluten free. I ordered the grilled sandwich with a gluten free bun and they charged me extra and forgot to put the bun in the to go bag. Also my friend got the new pretzel spicy chicken sandwich and it was not cooked all the way. This is one of the worst chick fil a I have been too because I have had problems before.

The food was amazing, customer service impeccable, but one suggests that they get a sign in the DRIVE THUR that says cars merge for order or take turns everyone orders. something would be helpful because I’ve seen cars not letting others merge when its their turn.

Never once did the word spicy ever come out of my mouth. Taco Bell mild sauce is about hot as I can do. Holy cow that is a hot sandwich which I can not eat. I am sorry that I ate half of it. My mouth hurts.

6-7-23: trying my old favorite, the side salad with nuggets….. Well, at $4.19, I will never buy one again!!!! I did not get the crispy peppers that come with it or utensils to eat with it. I would rather pay $9.75 and get a full salad . A regular sandwich is $5.09, a mere 90c more… sides are usually much cheaper than entrees.
April 2023: The last 2 visits were lacking a bit. This time was great! Fast , friendly and got it all correct….. even gave us extra sauce AND nuggets!!! Fries weren’t too salty this time! Thanks guys!
