This afternoon was one of my best experiences at Subway. The sandwich tasted great and the restaurant looked clean and organized. A lady named Dalinda took my order and was welcoming, helpful, and attentive. Her great customer service made the visit even better.

I was very disappointed with my recent visit. I was charged for a bag of chips that was never brought to my table, and instead of addressing it directly, a worker made a comment to other clients that my son had opened a bag of chips!? At no point was I told about this, nor was I shown proof, and I never saw him open or eat anything.
On top of that, the atmosphere felt dark and unwelcoming, and the staff member I dealt with looked unprofessional, dirty, and ungroomed. The situation was handled poorly and showed a serious lack of customer service. Mistakes happen, but communication and professionalism matter. I left paying for something I never received and feeling disrespected as a customer.

I order an online order, I press the wrong gradient told her it was wrong if they can redo it or just remove it, they said no that I had to buy it again. I just canceled all my order. Order 5 meals, they didn’t have the drinks ready with the order for the driver to pick them up. When I received my delivery the drinks were missing, I called this place and the lady that answer the phone she had a bad attitude and blame the driver for their mistakes.
