My family of four went last night and spent for the first time. Went to place our order and they were out of 95% of sides. How can you not make a batch of fries??! They had slaw, tots, and onion rings as sides left. We placed our order at 6:15pm, $56. The cashier kept leaving out with food, I’m thinking she was delivering it to call in orders. She informed us that with our order we could only have the canned drinks in the cooler. Which are Faygo orange and Faygo redpop. It took forever for our food. No joke. We saw people get food that ordered 20-30 minutes after us. We finally got our food at 7:27. The cashier was still gone, so the cook was helping us. There were no forks. At this point I was upset bc how was I to eat slaw with no fork and were dining in??! I told the rest of my family to just sit down and eat. 20 minutes later the cashier comes back and asked if I still needed forks??! Of course I do. She finally gave me forks and we scarfed it down and left. This is a burger, wings, and fish place; which should never take that long for service. Had the cashier been there, we would’ve asked for a refund, but we paid through square. We will not ever go back to this place. My food was lukewarm by the time I got a fork to eat.
