I went to this Starbucks this morning and I ordered a large iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken expresso with 4 pumps of vanilla which is what I always get and I can always taste the vanilla mixed in my drink and I couldn’t taste the vanilla mixed in it. I was very disappointed because I paid extra for the 4 pumps of vanilla and it wasn’t even in it when I specifically ordered and paid extra for the 4 pumps of vanilla. Should have just went to the Starbucks I usually go to because they have much better customer service and don’t mess up my order. So needless to say I will not be going back to this Starbucks ever again honestly I was really disappointed and clearly they don’t get good reviews because they have bad customer service and mess up peoples orders.

I went through yesterday and got a small strawberry acai the girl at the window was polite, but I was charged twice and the prices weren’t the same. I called the store today and spoke with the store manager and politely told her what happened and she said she couldn’t do anything about it. There wasn’t any apologies or trying to fix the situation she just told me to call my bank. I won’t be going back to this location.

This is the worst starbucks in all of Indiana . They have no customer service skills and look upset when you try to order. When you first walk through the door they do not even acknowledge you with a simple hello or welcome in. Very very poorly run Starbucks and the staff here is so rude and inefficient and lacking customer service skills.

Drinks are consistently made incorrectly with little care from staff. They should have more people on a shift to help with the flow of traffic and focusing on drinks and cleanliness. The last drink I ordered was made in a cup used for some other fruity drink and was undrinkable. Please start caring about quality again.

We will choose to never get coffee here in the future. Scooters has service that is leaps and bounds beyond this Starbucks. Sadly brought my mother and fiancé here and attempted to order. We were initially met with a welcome and were then followed up by what was a girl trying to give an attempt at a raspy voice with individuals laughing in the background for what may have been a whole minute. I asked if this was serious and believe someone else came on and was asking what we would like. We received no apology and chose not to order and move on. Very disappointing.

Notice to professionals holding meetings. Absolute worse store I have ever visited. With 24 hours notice each day ordered two travelers for each day for important meetings. Both days, not ready and the second day totally forgot. Needless to say that was a serious issue for the meeting. However the real disappointment was their total lack of care that it wasn’t read as promised. Just don’t count on them. Go to the store out on 65. No problem there.

I ordered a mobile order through the Starbucks app and when i want to pick up they refused to give me my order or a return. She said i would she said i would have to get in the Starbucks drive through line to dispute it. They also refused multiple other peoples orders, even only giving one customer half her order. And basically said sorry about your luck. Employee stated she was not going to go back and forth.
