I haven’t been to this jack in a box in a while and decided that today I was going to try it. I went around 8:50pm and they told me through the speaker that they are only taking online and DoorDash orders at the moment. For me to order online. I want to believe that their pos was down or something but definitely should have let me order. I didn’t want to order online so I went across the street to the del taco. Got my food right away. I guess I’m not coming back to this jack in the box, at least at night.

I placed my order on the app and was asked not to pull up to the window after arriving so they could game their drive thru timer. The burrito was folded so poorly that the food was falling all out.
The food still tasted fine, I just didn’t appreciate having to assemble it. This location also seemed to have higher pricing for some reason.

This restaurant has really bad service. I went at 7:30pm on Drive Thru and employees were dancing playing around, seen me at the window and still took them awhile to assist me. I had went back because they messed up my order. They gave me a Homestyle sandwich instead of spicy, a cheesecake instead of chocolate cake, tacos didnt have no cheese at all,lettuce and so little meat literally it was the taco shell pretty much. Stephanie, not sure if shes a manager but as a manager looks very unproffesional the way she was with her employees playing around and not assisting the drive thru line. I believe thats why they messed up our orders too much playing around and not paying attention, we had 2 separate orders and both were wrong. Dont go to this Jacks, very poor service and bad quality food.

I usually come to this Jack in the box because it’s sort of close to home but the freshness of the salads are horrible. This is my second time experiencing a bad salad. The first time I ordered a salad the tomatoes in the salad had MOLD. Yes. MOLD. Disgusting. I went back and told them and they were nice about it and gave me another salad. Today 6/10/25 around 7 I placed an order for salads and when I opened it the salad was very slimy. I check the freshness date and the date on it was 06/05. When I told them about this the young woman said “oh yeah it’s because we don’t have anymore salads” I was baffled as if that was an excuse to give me an expired salad. I did ask for a new salad and the salad literally looked like they went to the back and picked out all of the slimy parts to the salad and handed it back to me.

False advertising then the manager stated she isn’t authorized to give refunds. Ummm what? I wanted the chicken club as advertised on their sign but it was made not how it was pictured. No more bacon, cheese or mayo instead an orange spread. Like change the picture or put a sign not available anymore.

Sad at the fact my tacos were not made fresh or at least the cheese was melted . They were not made with love . But what really made my night was the loaded tiny Tacos . But I didnt get the guacamole lime sauce….. again they should be a little more careful. Hope to come back and change this review to a 5 star . JACK IN THE BOX is known by good fast food .maybe not tonight.

Ordered a sausage croissant this morning and the sausage was cooked until black! This JITB has always had problems… from the service to the food. Every time I go I’m reminded why I don’t go too often. The diet coke is good though! No love for the food from any employees!

Wednesday 8/12 about 4:30 come on!!! Bought my husband food before he left to work. He opened his food almost an hour later at work only to find his chicken sandwich like this?! If i had the sandwich I would go back for another one!! Now he’s stuck at work with this! Very upsetting!!! The person who packed this sandwich SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER. Disappointed! Everyone must now check their food!

I been eating jack in the box for a very long time but in this location the cashier name Brenda is the most amazing and friendly cashier I ever had,every time I go there I leave with a smile because she always has a great attitude regardless of how busy she is and I believe every single employee should be just like her but I doubt it,she is one in a million,I beg jack to congratulate and value this employee for always making my day , kudos Brenda!!!
