I took my kids here once, and I would say that it is better than average Italian food. Customer service was great, and the atmosphere although in a strip mall, captured a little bit of a real restaurant feel. There are so many places that put Italian on the menu, but I feel this place was more authentic than most, and the food quality tasted fresh and hearty. Would go back anytime.

We’ve been eating here for years. Their Italiano club sandwich is one of the best in the Tri-Cities. But I’m finally reviewing because they went above and beyond for us this past weekend. A friend of ours lost her dog and we had to drive up to Tacoma. Italiano sandwiches is one of her favorite things and they don’t exist where she’s at. But it’s a 4-Hour drive and the sandwich would not make 4 hours. So we asked them to deconstruct four sandwiches for us so we could put them back together when we got to Tacoma. They absolutely did it and it was just very appreciated to have that comfort during a very hard time for my friend. So thank you Italianos! Even though you thought the request was weird, you did it anyway, and we appreciate you!

Service is 5 stars. Top notch care from the staff and entertaining to boot! I wanted to love the food but it was just ok. Chicken wasn’t super tender just a breast with nothing spectacular about the flavors. Breadsticks were kind of giving Olive Garden vibes. Ample seating inside and family in Richland often get the food for takeout. It’s a good place to stop for a group dinner. Maybe my bar is too high living city life because all the dining in Richland this round was 3 star or less.

Tried this place for the first time last week. Yum! We ordered two large pizzas for pick up and they were so good! Delicious homemade crust and toppings. It reminded us of independent pizza places from when we were young that all had their own flair and unique taste. If we lived closer, this would be our neighborhood pizza place for sure. Planing to see if they will deliver to us, we need more!

Stopped in to order and take some pizza. Did their special, which is basically a works, and a double pepperoni. Came out hot, tasted really good. I actually ate the pizza bones, which I rarely do.
Service was very polite/nice. Pizzas came out pretty quickly, we ordered when we arrived, so if you order to pick up….I would do it right before you head there.

Best Calzones in Tri-Cities hands down. It’s a fairly large Calzone (makes dinner and lunch for me) and has an amazing dough- great flavor and texture (crispy and not too thick). The amount of fillings is perfect and it comes with an excellent dipping marinara. I love the use of feta in the Calzones in addition to the mozzarella , it definitely gives it extra umami flavor. I’ve never been disappointed when I’ve ordered this, and I do frequently. I can’t review anything else they serve, but if you want a calzone this is the place to go.

This was the second visit to Italianos and let’s just say, when they say they’re serious about pies, they definitely are. When you walk in you are immediately greeted with a smile and feel very welcomed. The decor is very minimal and the size of the restaurant is not overly large, but trust me, you wont be paying attention to that when you have delicious food on the table in front of you. I highly recommend Italianos to anyone looking for calzones, pies (pizza) of any other dish that you are craving…

This place have amazing food. Spaghetti Puttanesca is great. It has a kick to it. The chicken Alfredo have generous chicken and portion. The Italiano’s pizza is crispy and savory. Their calzone is huge and so good. They’re nice people there too. Highly recommend. A lot better than other Italian restaurant in my opinion.
