This place needs help. I went in tonight at 8:00pm. Most of the add ons bins were empty. The lettuce was full but it was all brown. The sandwich I got is boring as hell. Turkey cheese and tomato. It’s not great. I want to support a local business but it’s difficult considering the product.

Worst subway ever! Took over 10 minutes to have a cheese pizza and a sub with meat, cheese and mayo on it! The pizza wasn’t even full cooked and sub was a Sloppy mess! Guy clearly hates his job so maybe find a different one. 4 other people in there after I got my food and I was done with my food before the first couple got their food! Closed at 8:20pm when the sign says 9pm! So not even everyone in the store got their food because it designed he wanted to close early!

Very confusing and misleading app. I signed up for promo and it would not take, it said a $7.78 sandwich would be $10.49, after two times of it saying my payment would not take, I gave up and paid cash. Store employee was of no help, clueless of how app works and said “that’s all corporate and I can’t help with that”. I am in Wisconsin. So hours later I get a call from Canada saying my sandwich is ready. I told them I would not be picking it up. Needless to say she was very confused, I told her what had happed in store and how the app refused payment and I got the “that’s all corporate and I can’t help with that” line of b.s. I was willing to bet there would be a charge on my card the next day and sure enough there was! What a joke I’m done with those cheats! Restaurant looked dirty and didn’t have all ingredients available didn’t have jalapeños

We recived terrible service in the morning shift, customer raged at us, would get mad when we asked for service, was extremely agressive and when we spoke up he yelled at us and said to never come back. He was unessasarly rude for no reason.

came in and ordered 2 sandwiches. the lady that did the meat and cheese was very quick and kind. the other woman working, who did the vegetables and wrapping, never smiled or even made eye contact. when she closed the sandwiches, she didnt actually close them. she sort of just pushed down the sandwich, flattened it, then cut it. very messy when we got home and ate the sandwiches.

Everytime my husband and I have gone in there, we receive such poor service accompanied by negative attitudes. We have been in there 4 times since living in the area and everytime I hope the employees will be more friendly and act like they even somewhat like their jobs…but it never happens. We purposely AVOID going here even though it is convenient for a quick lunch/dinner. We will go into Madison or another neighboring town.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Went in at 8pm for five subs, and the woman working had nothing but negative and sarcastic comments about how long it takes to make the subs. I will NEVER go back to this subway.
