You get delivery for a reason to not have to cook clean up. Haha
Soda I ordered was a large coke but it came to me half filled. RIDICULOUS. What a Bummer. & no straw no napkins

The service is the atmosphere and the employee’s are so lively talking with the customers. It really feels like we have good purple to prone relationships going inside of this corporate space that everybody needs. Our society need community, and we get a glimpse of it here. Thank you and promotions to everybody that works there currently, as of 12/08/2025. I never do the christmas tree give to those in need by taking a tag and coming back to give the gift. I went ahead and fulfilled that this year because that’s how much I enjoy eating here.

Potatoes potatoes potatoes. Coming in with an open mind, I’ve been here once before and didn’t have that much of an opinion. Quite a few different options with the aspect of ingredients for your burrito or bowl. Might take a few times to decide what the best options for you might be. The place seemed a little run down wobbly tables and hundreds of business cards to choose from along the handrail. Just felt a little dirty and unkept. The two fellas behind the counter seemed pleasant and willing to help walk you through all your various decisions. Will probably be back to try different flavors and options.

Music was so loud that I could not hear the staff asking for my order. Asked them to turn it down and I think the music went louder. Impossible work environment and had to leave. Seems like this staff is more interested in hanging out first and working second. The floor looked like someone hadn’t swept it in days. Burrito was tasty but overpriced.

We have online ordered breakfast burritos from this location twice now.
We were disappointed with the total amount of potatoes used in our burritos twice now.
The use of filler to cut the cost of your company operations at this leave is a disrespect to all customers.
Really, who wants to spend their drive time and money to eat potato burritos..?
We all have plenty of potatoes at home in our pantries already.
This should be an enjoyable experience
But now a second time has been disappointing.
Let’s face it,
if we as customers receive value in a product then in return,
we feel valued by that company.
Customers are willing to pay a higher rate
for a better product.
This is an issue that needs to be addressed by not in store but upper company management

The two staff this morning were more concerned on their conversation than the customer coming in. Once I started to order, the girl did not care to listen to the order. She placed the meats of two burritos on one and was not happy when I corrected her. Also, got home and realized I didn’t get the sauce I asked for. Plus it is $13 a breakfast burrito! I have gone here for many years and this is the last time. Very sad to see how it has changed for the negative.

I used to love this place. I’m so tired of it being hit or miss. Sometimes it’s like I remember. Sometimes it’s absolutely awful. Today the pico was disgusting, tomatoes were clear/white and everything was bland. Also they now have a sign that says they will be charging a 3% fee for credit cards. Such a shame. If their merchant service is costing them 3% they need a new bank. Also, that is not my problem as a consumer.

I usually stop by once a week on Tuesdays for the potato burrito deal, and it never disappoints. The portion size is always satisfying, and the ingredients are fresh and flavorful. Some weeks the burrito is a bit messier than others, but it’s always delicious—and I leave happy every time.

This was my first time at a Big City Burrito and I wasn’t exactly blown away. Their menu isn’t very clear but I had seen online that they offer quesadillas what I ended up getting was basically a carne asada quesadilla with a bunch of salsa on it. It was pretty soggy at the end. The beans and rice I had on the side were so bland. It would be incrementally better if they would just add salt… I had originally intended to eat inside the restaurant but it didn’t have a very welcoming vibe and like the other reviews mention, a little dirty so I ended up just eating in my car instead. Probably won’t go back…
