I took small portions both.
The sandwich was fantastic. Creamy mach and cheese.
The soup was good, but it made me realize I don’t like sweetness in soups, so I want order throne again.
Also, soup’s container was closed well enough, and quarter of the soup spilled all over the bag, and apple they gave me, then I meet my clothes….
The store was nice

The girl who took my order was very helpful and patient with me))) thank you
Got my refund and left. Overheard the managers making snarky remarks about me going to get said refund. Never coming back to Panera, keep getting disappointed. What am i paying for if i have to make a whole iced coffee drink myself and eat crappy food…. weird!!!
What made it worse was that she made side comments to her coworker right in front of us, which felt very unprofessional and made us feel belittled. When she finally gave us the cups, she slammed them on the counter instead of handing them nicely.
I’ve always liked Panera for its food and usually friendly service, but this visit really changed my impression. I hope management looks into improving customer service and training staff to treat guests with kindness and respect — the way Panera is known for.
Clean in side and out clean bathrooms.
Great food
Plus good bread , the classic white is wide so you can make 2 rows.
The chicken frontega sandwich came with barely any meat on it & a single slice of bacon I had to pay extra for. It was poorly put together & partially burnt. When I brought it to their attention, the woman working the drive thru was not helpful to me & went ahead to tell me I had three people ahead of me & it was up to me if I wanted to wait for them to fix it I wanted to return the sandwich & get a refund but Kason, the man in the black shirt with the black chipped nail polish, didn’t respect my no & tried twisting my arm for him to make me the sandwich. I’ve received so much attitude that I did not feel comfortable with them remaking my sandwich!
I’ve never had a worst customer experience in my life! I noticed them being short & rude to the other customers around me but still more apologetic. I can’t help but wonder if it’s because I am black & look young.
I didn’t even get a free treat, which is their policy if the order comes out wrong. I just got a bunch of attitude from a bunch of high schoolers. This took an hour out of my day that I didn’t have.
The staff is very rude, have no customer service skills & they all need to be fired. They are making this place look so bad & I use to love going to this Panera. I was a loyal customer. I am so so disappointed & will not be returning back to this one.
