what was supposed to be a simple stroll through the north market turned into an eye opening dining experience and I have to thank Cam! I’d never tried any ramen besides Maruchan before today and im so glad Cam took the time to discuss it with me while I was observing the menu. This bowl is delicious and the staff made my experience for me. As a vegetarian,, I had the veggie shoyu and it was so good I couldn’t leave the bar without leaving a review. Special thanks to Cam for taking time from cheffing it up to recommend I take a seat and try something new! He made the experience a special one!

SO delicious! We were floored. The taste is just above and beyond. Highly recommend it. It took us back to our trips in Japan. A must try if you like ramen or want to experience it. Delicious.

This was a fun experience! I had a great encounter with the team! The owner is Japanese and we had a great conversation about the area of Japan we were from. The ramen was so good and I really enjoyed my takoyaki! I had the tonkatsu ramen with an extra egg and I can tell you it was so good! The seating setup was just like how it would be in a ramen shop in Japan.

The ramen was just ok. The noodles themselves were cooked well but the Patajn (#2) was bland. Not even the schmaltz on top could save this flavor lacking soup. The Karagi chicken were very fatty too. No bueno. Most likely won’t be back.

This place is excellent. Fantastic food, fast service, and the coolest dining experience in the North Market. They have their own bar seating right in front of the kitchen. Clean kitchen, killer food, excellent service. 10/10 will eat here again!

My very honest opinion is that this ramen is the most bland I’ve ever tasted and I couldn’t eat it all. I enjoy ramen a lot but this was not the right place to go for me. I went through the reviews and I saw the Paitan Chicken was good so I gave it a try, but it lacked flavor for sure! Even if you don’t add soy sauce etc. to it, the broth should already have some flavor. I would’ve went back to let them know but I had a time limit plus there were too many people standing around the area. Other than that the service was good and atmosphere of that area is okay. It’s placed near the entrance/exit so expect there to be people in the way and cutting through you and others.

Went in blind, and shared the same experience a lot of other reviewers had. Had the tonkatsu ramen; everything was super bland besides the broth, the egg was super overdone, the noodles seemed out of the box. Wouldn’t be worth it if it was half the price.

Satori is my new goto spot! I have been working my way through their entire menu, and it is all 5 stars in my opinion. Today I had Paitan chicken Ramen bowl. Definitely recommend!

Located in the North Market this ramen spot is a must try!! You will not be disappointed. The food is amazing, flavorful and made with care. The staff is friendly and inviting. You can eat at the counter or take your food upstairs to the open seating but either way the area is exceptionally clean and they have utensils/napkins available for you. I would eat here everyday if I could.

This was overall a disappointing meal for me. The broth lacked the flavor that tonkatsu is known for, and the chasu was only cooked on one side, which I’ve… literally never seen before. Because of this, the bowl was overly oily and the chasu lacked flavor as well. The redeeming points were that the ajitama was done very well and the noodles were cooked perfectly.
Overall, the food was disappointing and not worth the price. I do give them props for keeping the menu prices relatively stable, however it ultimately was not worth the money for me.
