Best Deli for Sandwiches and salads! The Potaoe salad us the very best I have ever tasted other than my Grandmother’s homemade I have been disappointed in the past with carryout giant spuds, but the ones I have seen in the store we have are big and stuffed! Best iced tea ever and do yourself a favor and get a shot of cherry or strawberry crushed fruit in your tea! Have mercy! It is so good and refreshing

The food here was delicious! My broccoli and cheese soup could’ve been a bit warmer but it was very tasty! Service was great and the atmosphere was very pleasant! I would certainly dine here again!!!

Use to be a great place. Unfortunately I Just bought a large French dip. Costing $18 and it came with two pieces of meat on each half. The atmosphere was horrible. I was being very polite saying thank you and I get a uh huh in return. There is no customer service. Place has gone down hill.

Had a great experience today, the food was great.. but the employee Jalisa was even better. If she’s not the manager, she needs to be. Better yet, I would say even a DM. Not only is she great with customers, she’s encouraging her team mates and communicating that they are doing a great job at a very busy time. Highly recommend!

My wife and I came in today around 12:50pm. After placing our order and receiving our table #23, we sat down. After more than an hour of waiting and noticing that table # 27,28,29,30 & 31 have all received their food… I went to inquiry about how it could possibly take so long for 2 sandwiches and potato salad. Upon speaking with 1 of the 3 girls behind the counter, I was informed that my food was “ready”. I denied the offer of receiving the food and requested a refund. After my request, she prints my receipt showing payment. Feeling that wasn’t accurate, I went back to the counter and she stated that she doesn’t actually have access to issue the refund and that her manager has to do it. But prior to me going back to the counter, I was about to leave under the impression that it was processed. This place is a complete joke. The girls behind the counter need to be retrained. Why is food sitting on the counter for excessive amounts of time and making customers like myself leave to never return? Complete waste of my time.

Always good food and great people. The staff are friendly and attentive to your order. The sandwiches are top notch. I just had a fantastic Southwest Chicken and Avacado salad.

I work fairly close to the Pinehurst location so I had chosen on three separate occasions over the last 3 months to give this sandwich shop my patronage. All three separate times they disappointed me with the lack of pickle that is supposed to come with your sandwich even the third time I requested the pickle but they were out of them. Also I paid $5 for a cup of hot dog chili. I ordered a cup of chili for my sick mother and when she opened it it was literally hot dog chili. I spent $40 on two sandwiches two small cups of mac and cheese and a tiny cup of hot dog chili. Subway is in the same shopping center do not waste your money on McAlister’s.

Club sandwich was tasty but what they first brought to the table was wrong. It took them an inordinate amount of time to bring us our corrected order. I would give 4 stars based on only the sandwich but the potato soup was thin, bland, and at room temperature

The food was very disappointing, the was gross hardly anything on it, the salad was, wilted lettuce and not fresh, soup was also nasty!! $52 this should have been a decent sub, soup and salad.
