When you order online you can only choose Sweet Tea with any combo. None of the other drinks are offered.
There are also no options to select if you prefer white meat or dark meat or any ways to help make sure the order is correct.
It makes for a terrible ordering experience and often times they won’t include either a wing or a drum. TBH I really dislike chicken breasts so it’s incredibly upsetting when I get two of them in a 4 piece. Not to mention all the times we have ordered sauces or whatever else and received absolutely nothing. Forgotten sides. It’s as if they mess up SOMETHING on purpose every time. How hard is it really to put food in a bag?
Do better. Fix your online menus. Handle orders with care. It’s really the bare minimum.

The manager tried to argue with me about what the menu said when it clearly was written. If his paycheck is dependent on what goes into a sandwich for example cheese or bacon then he should fight this hard. Otherwise look at the menu, understand what it says and give the customer what it says. The discussion we had was beyond what it should have been. I hope he has a better day and a better 2026 than his 2025 ended.
Updated: February 7th 2026 went here with my family again to give him another shot. Much better experience. Employees on duty were responsive and knowledgeable and they made the correct sandwich the correct way. It was a very good meal with my family. Looks like 2026 is shaping up better than 2025 ended!

This place’s service is always terrible. I know it’s hard to get good help these days but this place is way worse than any place in town. We sat tonight for 10 mins before we were helped and then paid $12 for strips and they said they were out of fries. Who runs out of fries? 12 mins later we got our chicken and no sorry, a discount or nothing. I don’t write complaints much but this place needs a serious change. I’ve never not waited for forever here. There’s always something that’s out too. Last time they didn’t have drumsticks. Time before that breasts. That’s poor management and culture. Do better

Nashville rd never has anyone there so why does it take 10 mins for my mom to get service. Then the chicken is on special on Tv but they said it’s not $6 any more. My mom is 78 and she deserves better service not waiting at the drive thru while se does whatever and then comes back like she didn’t know she was there.

Had not been to this location since its first grand opening days of super long lines. Now it’s just Popeyes. So the place looked clean and staff was decently pleasant. Food came out quickly (not very busy) and was at an adequate temperature and tasty. Chicken sandwich was good.. still on fence of who has the better sandwich though. Very acceptable meal from this particular establishment.

We went thru the drive thru the other night and it was absolutely delicious. We got fresh chicken. There was a car in front of us with a rather large order. But, it didn’t take them very long at all to give us our order.

Unbelievable… Tenders are overly salty,dry and skimpy on the meat for 15.00$. They are tiny and it took like 20 mins for them to give them to me. Never. Again.

I really do not understand why this restaurant stays open as late as it does if it cannot facilitate the orders. Do not waste your time or your money ordering from this place in the later hours. You’re better off just going to bed hungry at least that way you won’t lose out on any money because doordash won’t give you a refund after they sent two drivers to pick up the same order that’s been cooking for an hour.

Place is super clean and nicely decorated. The staff was very helpful. The food was pretty good, but I still prefer Zaxby’s chicken. I can’t complain, it’s a nice place for fast food, and I’d go again if in the area.
