The presentation is also very neat and polished. It’s not overly flashy or gimmicky, but each plate comes out looking clean, organized, and visually appealing. You can tell there’s attention to detail in how everything is arranged, which makes the experience feel a bit more special.
Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the overall quality feels very fair for the price. If you’re looking for a solid sushi spot that delivers both in taste and presentation, this is definitely worth checking out.
The only thing I’m dinging a star for is prices. It’s mostly fairly priced, but you only get about four pieces for the price of 6-8 at most other spots I’ve been to.
For an appetizer, we ordered the Takoyaki (pictured) and it was lovely. Sometimes takoyaki can be a little runny in the middle or undercooked, but this was great.
I got the Lemon Roll (tempura)(pictured) and Pacific Roll (no rice)(pictured) and they were both phenomenal. They have a lot of rolls on the menu that I haven’t seen too often, these included. The Pacific Roll is one of the best sushi rolls I’ve had in a long, long time. Great flavor.
We also ordered a Las Vegas roll, Baked Scallop roll, and Chicken Teriyaki bowl (pictured). All tasted great as well.
I will definitely be back and am excited to try their lunch specials.
The value is excellent for the quality you get. Generous portions, fresh fish, and creative combinations that actually work. You can tell they care about what they serve.
The service is friendly, attentive, and welcoming without being overbearing. They make you feel appreciated from the moment you walk in.
Overall, this is easily one of the best sushi spots around. Don’t let the fact that it’s new stop you. Give it a chance — you’ll be glad you did.
I later learned that the restaurant had recently opened, so I came in without high expectations—but I was completely blown away. The food presentation was absolutely beautiful and felt very refined. More importantly, everything tasted incredible. The chirashi, in particular, was outstanding and is a must-try.
I honestly wish today weren’t my last day of this trip. On my next visit, I’d love to come back every day and try more items on the menu.
Many thanks to the kind owner and friendly staff for such a wonderful experience.
The rolls arrived fresh and held their texture beautifully.
We ordered the Super Crunch Roll, Baked Salmon Roll, Black Spider Roll, Caterpillar Roll, and Dragon Roll, and each was well-executed and thoughtfully balanced.
The Dragon Roll especially stood out — cream cheese and shrimp tempura inside, topped with avocado and a bright yuzu sauce that really elevated the entire roll. The yuzu added a clean, refreshing finish that kept everything from feeling heavy.
For delivery sushi, this was impressively refined. I’d happily order again.
One thing I really loved is that they offer half rolls, which makes it much easier to try a variety of rolls without getting too full. Such a great idea.
We started with the Ahi Tower, which had spicy tuna, crab meat, avocado, and rice. It reminded me a lot of poke — super fresh,
well-balanced, and delicious.
I also ordered the special sashimi, and every single piece was incredibly fresh. The salmon, tuna, scallop, octopus, red snapper, and bass were all excellent. What really elevated the experience was eating it with real wasabi — the flavor combination was outstanding.
For rolls, we tried the Super Crunch Roll and the Hot & Spicy Roll. The Super Crunch Roll had perfectly fried shrimp — thick, juicy, and so satisfying. The Hot & Spicy Roll, with jalapeño, cream cheese, and spicy tuna, literally melted in my mouth.
The seared salmon deserves a special mention — it melts the moment you put it in your mouth.
I love sushi and have been to many sushi restaurants, and I can honestly say this place is one of the best. I’m so happy to have a sushi spot like this in my neighborhood.
I really liked that you can see the sushi bar — watching the chefs prepare the food makes everything feel even fresher and more trustworthy.
Highly recommend Sushi On. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again.
