My first time ordering from here and it will most likely be my last. The food was ok, hot, and on time. The french fries were good but for $4.19, I got about the size of an McDonald’s small, very disappointing. They were out of breadsticks, cheese bread sticks, Chicken Alfredo and many other items which is strange for a Friday at 730pm. I tried this location after multiple bad experiences at the pizza spot across Culebra. The drive thru was pleasant and professional, which was the best part of this experience.

They cannot get the order correct. Ordered hand tossed as got thin crust. Then you can’t call and figure out a fix due to them only having a call center in Florida. The company’s who lack customer service is pretty pathetic

There were at least 4 employees talking laughing completely ignoring me in the drive thru. They saw me there but felt I should wait. I check my pizza and see it isn’t what I ordered. I overlook it. I I get home the family ready to eat and the pizza wasn’t cooked all the way through. The crust was stuck to bottom of the box. Some of the pepperoni were cold and looked as if they tossed them on there as an after thought. Pizza hut has really gone done. Especially this location. Please go somewhere else.

I can’t leave a low enough review. We ordered over $70 worth of food with the main dish being a MEDIUM sized Tavern Ultimate Pizza. With extra cheese, this pizza was $22 alone which wouldn’t be bad if it didn’t look like this!! The crust was thin and overcooked to the point of burning. It is completely inedible and taste like cardboard and puzzle pieces. There was very little cheese at all, especially when we paid for extra. For this much money, the pizza was a complete joke. The wings were also soggy and tasteless and the poor sauce was working overtime to give some hint of flavor. As many times as I’ve ordered from Pizza Hut, this was by far the worst order I’ve ever received and we will NOT be ordering from this location again.

Great food for sure Bridgette is always a pleasure always welcoming and letting us know what deals they have going on , I did receive service from the new district manger Beatrice and sad to say she was very very rude .I had placed an order online and stated it would be ready by 12:48 when going to pick order I still tipped them and they willingly took the tip and told me to wait because the order was still not done . I ended up picking up my food almost 25 min after the estimated time and to see that the food was ready all along . Horrible customer service from those two ladies . Bridgette keep rocking, you’re doing great !

This is one of the best pizza hut locations and the only one I order from. The staff is always very friendly and helpful with orders and the pizza always comes out fresh. I really like how the pizza is always hot and the topings are always fresh.
