I was worried after reading some of the bad reviews here, but I just ordered and got my food & everything is delicious & plentiful. As for the delivery, NO, they don’t come up or inside. I had to go down & outside the door to grab my food. That’s the only downside, but no major problem. All this food was $25. I’m satisified.

I’ve been ordering from this place since they opened 6-7 years ago. The past year they have delivered inedible food for at least one dish of every order. Since this place was great for years I held my tongue and called the store to let them know rather than reviewing, but the food delivered today could’ve made me sick. They clearly don’t change their frying oil and don’t care about what they serve anymore. They also use Uber Eats to order, but if your order is wrong or bad they can’t refund because they handle the delivery, seems like that’s set up like that on purpose. The pictures are supposed to be sweet and sour chicken and an egg roll but it’s hard to tell.

I normally order food and have no issues. However, the food I ordered today tasted like the shrimp had gone bad or like someone put chemicals or peed in it. I called they said the driver will give me my money back but to give him the food back m. I thought it was weird but I said okay no problem. The driver came and refused to me my full refund for the order even though I was allowing him to keep the tip because I didn’t give back the homemade iced that I already drank from so he started to try to grab the bag of food I took the food and got the iced tea to give to him which he tried to throw the opened container in my trash can in front of my house I said wait don’t put it in there it’s open which he then threw the drink in front of my house snatched the food and left. I called the Chinese restaurant where they were not trying to listen. The food was disgusting and the service was disgusting as well I wouldn’t recommend any one to go here.

They close at 10:30, I was denied service at 9:50 !! I called and told that they stop delivering at 10:15pm and then I went to the store at 10am and was told they are closed with their sign saying they are open. Unacceptable! Never ordering here again

First time here, very welcoming nd friendly, they move very fast and the food is very delicious and fresh. I got chicken w/broccoli with the white rice and wonton soup, all very fresh and tasty. I will be back!

The food is good but they don’t ever have the driver come up. Every single other place I call brings the food up. This is not the ghetto or the 90’s, no one is going to rob you. I just won’t tip. Some people are handicap and have injuries and some have kids they can’t leave behind. In the city in the projects no matter how bad everyone comes up. In Staten Island ya are afraid or entitled. If you don’t tip I’m sure it will show as a result. The first thing they did when I placed my order was call me to tell me to come down stairs.

The food was delicious the 1st time I had it after my 2nd,3rd & 4th visit the food became very inconsistent. My most recent visit I ordered a shrimp & broccoli with plain lo mein which came out to $10.20 and they literally gave me 5 pieces of shrimp & the lo mein had a burnt taste to it. Lately takeout has been over priced & not tasteful.
