The food was a two out of 10 no seasoning it took long to get service on top of not having waters for over 30 minutes and waiting for our food we order our appetizer never came so we just had to take it off order 3 tacos no seasoning no flavor whatsoever On top of our server walking past back-and-forth, not checking in on us for real I hope this service approves here along with the food the manager was nice and helpful but the food need improvement. I’m a server so I understand but after receiving food and all still no waters so as a server this needs to change ..

The customer service, and restaurant aura was incredible! Food was served literally off the grill/grease fairly quickly! Our waiter was very sweet, and accommodating. The location sits on a slight hill so the view from our seating was beautiful, and relaxing. Definitely enjoyed our time, and delicious real Mexican cuisine. The frozen margaritas are a must have.

Went for drinks ended up getting buffalo wings. The Margarita tower was very inexpensive, made sense to order if you’re having multiple drinks. Blue and Red was the mix, can’t remember the flavors. The chicken was amazing. Saucy like I like it! (I did request them to put sauce all over the chicken) El Magueys haven’t missed yet.

Absolutely wonderful. Service was just as good as the food. We ordered chimichangas,beef burrito, chicken enchilada, taco and Hawaiian fajita. All of it was amazing. The food came out super fast, hot and fresh.

This was my first time going to this location and I ordered two entrees to go and when I got home my meal was incorrect, I ordered a fajita chimichanga but received chicken and to think I gave her a tip. I learned to definitely check my food before leaving the restaurant and there was no way I would drive back up there. This might be my last visit.

This was my favorite restaurant. I called in an order and picked it up at the window. When I opened the bag the bowl wasn’t even half full of food. I’ve ordered this many times. Paying $18 for each meal, this was not acceptable! I took the food back into the restaurant and they did nothing to correct the issue. They just told me that they couldn’t give me more food. Seriously the food did not cover the entire bottom of the bowl! I asked for a refund! I will not be going back!! $40 saved!!

First time here. We ordered take out. The food was good. I should have had my husband check the food before he left the restaurant. They forgot to add the lettuce and tomato and sour cream to my nachos which I did pay the extra fee for. I called when I was aware of it when I got home but no one picked the phone up. We all are human and make mistakes. But the food was very tasty.

Food was horrible. Service was horrible. Atmosphere horrible. I had 3 chipotle chicken tacos for $20 and it was trash. I had just returned from Mexico and speak fluent Spanish and tried placing my order in Spanish to someone who clearly speaks and understands Spanish. They would pretend to not hear you and ignore you because if you’re black your Spanish is invalid. I asked for jarritos piña and the girl was like “Whaaa” I had to ask for pineapple Mexican soda because I’m black and my Spanish doesn’t count. A black lady at the table next to me had a similar experience. They also tried tipping themselves another 20 off my card knowing they didn’t deserve it and when I asked about it “no speaky ingles” but just a second ago no habla español
