Really nice store. The girl who waited on us was new and she was really friendly and doing well at her new job . The donuts were fresh and good and the store was clean. We went in the late afternoon and there were still a good bit of donuts to choose from!

I don’t just say this for this location, I wish Dunkin had a list of the donuts available daily on their drive through menu, it will make things much easier to choose. But these workers are mostly highschool student and the atmosphere is very cheerful. These kids are very well mannered and helpful!

I ordered a couple of Boxes of Joe and 200 Munchkins for a business meeting. When I arrived, the Munchkins had all been boxed up, but they forgot to prepare the coffee. Fortunately, I planned to arrive to my meeting early enough that I had time to wait. After about 10 minutes (and a yummy donut while I waited), my order was ready and I was on my way. The staff was apologetic for my wait and overall very friendly. The attendees at my meeting were also pleased with the coffee and Munchkins. I’ve been to this Dunkin’ location before and I’m sure I’ll return again.

Donuts in a bag icing everywhere. Coffee was not hot nor correct and refused to fix it FOR THE THIRD TIME NOW. I have waisted enough money on I correct coffee and getting fed up. When I order bacon it’s almost always burnt and they don’t fix it bc “that’s how it comes bc of the sugar” I have had bacon not burnt. The little kids working here take absolutely no responsibility and just simply do not care. DO BETTEE DUNKIN!

Was excited by initial experiences here but I have to edit the review as service and atmosphere have deteriorated over time. It seems there isn’t enough allotment of staff for work that is needed. Often donuts are stale tasting and there’s a general feeling that staff has to rush and aren’t able to give customer attention beyond ‘here’s your item’.

I used to love the snacking Bacon. I got 2 orders today. They were burnt so badly I threw them out. I can not believe they would serve a customer Litterly Black Bacon. I guess from now on I will ask please do not burn the bacon. I didn’t see it until I got to work. Was very bummed out…

Give or take if your going to get the right donuts in your box and if they will be fresh. Some days good some days bad a typical hit or miss for the donuts. Workers they hire need hair nets and a lesson on manners. One worker that’s a ladyboy rude as can be wants to correct everyone at the window on their order, and give them the opposite of what they order. Never gives napkins or a receipt. Drive through workers have to take a sip of their drink before they hand you your order.

They have kids working that don’t know what they’re doing. I asked for a caramel frozen coffee and they didn’t even know what it was. They gave me a ice coffee and when I asked them to fix it he threw the ice coffee in the blender and handed it to me. I came back around and complained and he didn’t fix it all. All he did was put extra caramel in it. He didn’t put the whipped cream or the caramel on top and refused to make it the proper way.

Staff is immature and they don’t understand basic orders. Asked for a med regular coffee and they had no clue what that was. Dunkin’ in slippery rock is light years better or just support the local coffee shops in town.

Donut was was good but overloaded with sprinkles and the workers were not friendly and lazy and doubled our online order after we already picked it up and wouldn’t give us a refund when we only wanted 1 order. Not happy
