I’ve been coming here for lunch a few times and usually have a decent experience, so I’m writing this more as feedback than anything else. Today’s visit, however, was extremely frustrating.
I ordered two appetizers to dine in (special wonton soup and cheese puffs) and a lunch combo to go (pepper steak with rice and egg drop soup). Despite going over the order with the waitress multiple times and her confirming she would fix it, my order was brought out incorrectly four separate times. Each time I explained the issue again, and each time the wrong items kept coming out.
The manager mentioned the waitress was new, which I can sympathize with — everyone has to learn. But after four mistakes and repeated confirmations, it became more than just a simple mix-up and turned into a very frustrating experience during a lunch break.
I’m not posting this to be harsh, because I know this may have been an unusually bad day. However, I do want to encourage the owners to make sure new staff are properly trained and supported before handling orders on their own. A little more oversight would have prevented a lot of confusion and frustration for both the customer and the employee.
I’ll likely give this place another chance since past visits have been fine, but I hope service consistency improves.

I stopped by Panda Garden recently, and honestly it surprised me in a good way. The food came out hot, the portions were solid, and everything tasted fresh. Their fried rice has good flavor without being too greasy, and the egg rolls were crispy just how I like them.
The staff was chill and quick, and I didn’t have to wait long even though they were getting close to closing. If you go, definitely ask for the chicken corn soup on the side—it actually makes the meal even better.
Overall, it’s one of those low-key spots that hits the spot when you’re craving Chinese food. I’d go back again for sure.

Taste bad – plain loaded with salt . All of them went to trash . I ordered 6 dishes and all of them taste no flavor blent and over-salted. I came here 2-3 times since they re-open and will never ever come again .

We have been going to the panda garden for year’s. Since the fire and the reopening of the new one it was good up untill last week. We went for lunch and we were extremely disappointed in the food and service that day. The food was cold and the drinks were very warm. The young lady who waited on us seemed to be rushing to serve us I’m guessing so she could eat before the evening rush. I’ve never experienced the food or service so poorly their before. We try again in the future but for now we’re going to another place.

Update 4/20/25: THEY ARE OPEN NOW, and they are open on Sundays! Well, after eating here on 4/20/25, it’s the same as what Jerry wrote. We were excited they reopened, but the quality of food was a disappointment. I got beef & broccoli, and their beef felt like sponge and egg drop soup wasn’t like it used to be. The service was excellent, but I hope they get it right with bringing back that original taste of their food or bringing back the original cook. Update: 5/26/24 – We are sad this place is shut down. It seems like it’s shut down for good after the fire. Their voice recording stated they would be shut down for a couple of months, but it’s been over two months. Are there any updates on this place? We hope they will come back or move to a different location. Owners, please update us. Thanks!
The food was delicious. Lemon chicken, Mmmm, especially the sauce. Beef & broccoli very good. Most places I have been to, their beef was spongy. Not this place. The beef was cooked just right. We are coming back to this place.

I’m sooooooo glad they’re back open.
The interior is modern and fresh with the same great tasting food (might even be better) and stellar service with great prices.
Their garlic sauce has a pop this time that made me want to lick my plate clean.
