The staff is one of the biggest reasons I keep coming back. They are always welcoming, kind, helpful, and genuinely caring — the kind of place where you feel appreciated the moment you walk in.
As a DoorDash driver, this location is also one of my favorite pickups. The team is efficient, organized, and always ready to help, which makes a huge difference during busy shifts.
My go-to order is the half combo with the French Dip and Caesar salad — perfectly balanced, satisfying, and always spot-on.

I order pesto salads about once a week. Usually they are perfect with no issues. I ordered today with extra meat that was paid extra for. I let the Manager know by phone that my order was wrong and the manager said there wasn’t anything he could do about it. I will not be ordering or recommending Newks Eatery again due to Horrible Customer Service.

No complaints about the food. It’s always consistent. The service is mediocre at best but today for lunch the place is steady busy and currently there are 11 unbussed tables. Patrons are bussing themselves to have a place to sit down.

My friend and I went there for lunch today. We had an awesome experience. Our food was delicious fresh and crisp. We shared a salad. I believe it’s the one with blue cheese crumbles and beef had red onions and tomatoes and nuts. It was delicious. We try to go there whenever she comes to town. The food is always awesome. My husband has been telling me to go try Newk’s since I’ve moved to Conway. I always thought it was like Subway. I was WRONG! I got the Newk’s club with fresh fruit and unsweetened iced tea. Hands down the best sandwich I’ve had in a long time. It came warm, with delicious sweet honey mustard, ham, turkey, bacon, melted cheese, crisp lettuce etc. I get the same thing every time now. It’s so good. And the iced tea was delicious too! I was surprised.

The menu has so many delicious choices but I tend to order the lobster and crab meat bisque I have enjoyed every single meal four days in a row. Today I took home the Mediterranean Pizza and a pint of the bisque. My husband enjoys the Newk’s Club and tortilla soup. The service is excellent. The manager and staff are very friendly and actually want to ensure that you are a happy customer! And they give a military discount!!!!!
