Hopefully this makes it to a manager: One thing that really bothers me is poor customer service, please train your staff on it. I looked the lady making the food directly in the eyes with a smile on my face and said, good morning, how are you doing? This lady simply looked down as if she had no training on how to engage with customers.

One of my favorite gas stations to visit when I’m on the road. I can always count on clean bathrooms. There is no changing table in the women’s bathroom. There are two stalls, one for handicapped, one non handicapped. They do have fruit and chickaboom popcorn that are gluten, dairy and soy free. I didn’t look to see if anything on their hot menu has food sensitivity labels. This station had ethanol free gas. Most of their stations have ethanol free gas and all have diesel. I didn’t see e88/flex fuel at this location.

Absolutely the rudest staff I have ever met at a Wawa ever!! I ordered 2 large chicken soups for my sick mom, and 2 smoothies, one for me, and one for my sister. When I got my soup I asked where to pick up the smoothies. The older woman pointed and begrudgingly said “where all the other smoothies get picked up at”. Then, when I went over there, they wanted to try and argue with me over my order, that I only had one smoothie, not 2, when I had the receipt in my hand. Ended up leaving without my second smoothie even though I paid for it. They stole my money. Terrible service, terrible staff. I will not be back

Well my coffee is perfect everytime except for when the woman working right now makes it. She never puts the caramel i ordered in my caramel coffee it tastes like bitter coffee from an unwashed pot. The fact I got one last night and it was perfect goes to show she doesn’t care to make it right.

I didn’t have time to make breakfast, so I stopped here before work. I placed my order on the touch screen—mind you, I was short on time. There were four workers inside, but three of them were standing around in a circle chatting and goofing off.
Meanwhile, one gentleman was doing the work of three people by himself. He got my breakfast burritos made quickly, and they were delicious! I really want to give recognition to this hard-working individual because effort like that deserves to be acknowledged.
This was on a Sunday morning, and I found out his name is Craig
. Huge shoutout to him for stepping up while the others just watched and played around.

After today’s experience I won’t be returning. I paid for $30 in gas. The pump only gave $6 so I thought it was an error and did not hang the pump up(been there done that) and had my daughter go in. After the pump timed out I went in to find out they had no clue why but would give me the receipt proving I only got $6 worth. My question was why did I pay $30 and only get $6 worth. They had no explanation or empathy and offered a receipt again and said the money would be back in 3 business days! Beware of getting gas here!

Whenever we drive to Virginia, we like stopping at Wawa to pickup snacks for the road. I like using their restrooms because they are very clean. Gas is also cheaper. Customer service is always excellent wether you are purchasing gas, buying a sandwich and coffee or water. You are greeted when you walk through the door & told to have a nice day after a transaction! Thank you Wawa!
