I love Firehouse in general. But ordering from this location is extremely frustrating. On online orders everything is written out in detail. This location consistently leaves off the simplest of items (pickle spear). Reading is important.

I agree with other reviews. Employees need to learn how to READ and FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. My husband’s order was loaded down with stuff he said to LEAVE OUT. We could sue because half that crap they loaded his Hero sandwich down with he was allergic to! His sandwich became dog food. My sandwich was plain (like his should have been). But I ordered my Italian with toppings/ingredients that were left off for no reason at all. So in the end, BOTH sandwiches were a total loss. Still waiting for the owner to contact us, according to customer service. Probably a bot. And the owner probably doesn’t care. Our next steps are putting in complaints to the corporate office.

We order for our office meetings on a regular basis which is typically for 15 people. We love the food and the service is great. Ordering for 15 people with different taste can be challenging sometimes, but the manager Kim is always helpful and accommodating. Every time, I walk through the door to pick up our order I am greeted by more than one person and acknowledged when I leave. Firehouse has been a part of McMurphy Orthodontics for many years now, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
