Lovely staff. The manager personally filled our order. They were low on shrimp and she immediately made a fresh batch instead of saying they were out. The place was clean and didn’t smell of anything other than the food which smelled delicious. We were able to get in and out pretty quickly even with the wait on the shrimp. She also gave us good helpings of everything!! Will definitely eat here again!

Here’s my experience, we made a 3 entré online pick up order , 2 bowls and a order of three tacos.
After arriving we had to wait an extremely long time for the order to be made, 20 minutes, even after a 15 minute car ride, so its pointless to call in a order just to arrive and see walk-ins order, served, and leave while your ticket is still in the Que
The food was made as ordered but… the pickled onions weren’t pickled, the pintos were undercooked and still firm, the brown rice was crunchy, the hard taco shells were out and had to be subbed with softshell flour tortillas made more like tortas, the guacamole had rough chopped onions in it the size of your finger. And worst of all the kitchen was filthy and the service line and staging area was rife with cross contamination. I understand you being in the weeds but healthy food service and organizational habits are a must in the food service industry. Until the basics are managed correctly I wouldn’t advise anyone choose this location for anything besides a disappointment.

This was my first time eating at QDOBA and I was impressed by the amount of food we received for the price. The food was good quality and the bathroom was clean. I would visit again.

I was told my order would be late. Nobody apologized or gave me any updates. After waiting 30 extra minutes, I asked for a refund. Kim was extremely rude and never apologized. That was my first and last time going there. Rude employees shouldn’t be there. Even the customer behind me was embarrassed by her behavior.

Ordered through mobile app. Went to pick up window at pickup time and was ignored for 15-20 minutes. When I finally got someone’s attention by exiting my vehicle and knocking and waving at the window, the employee was very rude and just stated, “We’re very busy!”, shut the window and returned to serving customers in the line. Order was correct but the burrito was not fully wrapped in foil (picture attached). Burrito was not fully warm upon arrival home, less than 3 minute drive.
This location has had many issues in the past, but we continue to try it out as we enjoy the food. Many orders are wrong or missing items.
This last visit was horrible and corporate needs to do something to retrain this store to do better. Totally unacceptable service by extremely rude employees.

I had a pickup order, waited twenty minutes after it was supposed to be ready and finally left with no food because it hadn’t even been started yet. No apologies from staff. Customers came in and ordered after I arrived and received their food and left ten minutes before I finally gave up.

Me and my father ordered 2 bowls and we were charged with extra protein almost double the actually price. I normally go to Delavan and have never experienced the slowness as well as almost no chips in my free bag with my bowl.

Everytime I place an app order, I get a message stating that it’s complete, but then I have to wait at the pickup window around 10 minutes while they MAKE my order! The service here is horrible and my food is usually cold. I work late so it’s nice to make an app order to pick up on my way home instead of waiting forever!
