Placed a large order 2.5 hours ahead of time. Food was good but did not receive the salads I ordered. Went back to get them and my granddaughter was accused of trying to get something for free. She showed him the receipt and said we paid for them. He does not apologize just turns around and walks off. Someone got the salads but failed to give us the extra dressing we ordered and paid for. This is the first time we have ordered from here and even tho the food was ok, it will be the last. Will be calling corporate office on Monday!

I placed an order to this location for the first time tonight and although my order was wrong the first time, the staff was very kind and quick to correct it. The manager (I believe the employees said her name is Levella) is great at her job, she even offered us free drinks while we waited! I’ve never had such great customer service from a Dominos before and will definitely be coming back.

Box had correct pizza label but the pizza was wrong
3/5/2024 – Ordered hand tossed lg. Pepperoni pizza. What we got was thin crust. It was so thin you could see the box through the holes in the crust.

This establishment caused severe foodborne illness for both my two-year-old child and me. While the service was notably quick, approximately eight hours after consuming the food I became extremely ill, and a short time later my daughter experienced the same symptoms. This was a deeply concerning situation, and I urge management to investigate their food handling and safety practices to prevent this from happening to others.

We always come here for our pizza and more times, we are very pleased but we just tried their “NY style” pizza. It looks nothing and tastes nothing like NY style pizza. Born and raised in NJ I think qualifies me to rate the look and taste. The pic with the 2 slices is what we got, and the full pizza is from Old Mill Pizza right down street. That is what I’m used to seeing and eating. Domino’s Brooklyn style pizza looked and taste better than “NY” style and to be honest, the only real difference is the size of the slice because you can get a slice of pizza anywhere in the Northeast. Please instruct your team to make the pizza look even a little like the commercials.

Shout out and 5 stars to Angel @ the JFK location you are incredible and deserved to be recognized by not just myself but management as well! On Saturday @ 7:15 Angel was the only one out of about 6 employees to notice me standing at the counter and stopped what he was to doing to be of service while his coworker steps in rudely to takeover getting my change stating the manager told him he was the only one allowed in change however he proceeded to remove the tip I laid on the counter for Angel walked to the back to stick it in his pocket all while not even giving me my order and going about his business like I wasn’t existing and waiting to be handed my food. Angel who again stopped what he was doing after seeing me still standing at the counter and approached me with my food and an apology!!! Angel businesses need more people like you KNOW YOUR WORTH!!! My food was great as well!!! Love the $9.99 medium special going on right now!!

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I’m in town from out of state and ordered this pizza and cinnamon sticks. The oizza took over an hour to arrive, was cold to the touch, and in a pile in the box. There was no icing for the cinnamon sticks when I had paid for an extra as well. Called the store and spoke with a manager. It being a Friday and them being busy isn’t an excuse for poor food. I didn’t pay $25 for cold pizza that is soggy as well. The manager basically told me he would refund my money and hung up on me. Absolutely worse experience I’ve ever had from any domino’s.
