Super Bowl Sunday and this Wingstop was absolutely slammed — yet the staff handled it like pros. Even though I waited close to an hour, they stayed positive, organized, and kept everyone informed the entire time. They were clearly crammed in the back, nonstop working, and still took the time to offer free drinks to customers while we waited. That alone says a lot.
Despite the rush, my food came out hot, correct, and absolutely delicious. No shortcuts, no attitude — just great service under pressure. Huge shoutout to this team for keeping it together on one of the busiest days of the year. Well done!

The absolute worst service I have ever had! Waited an hour on our food. We watched others other and get their food thst ordered after us. I asked again the cashier asked me if I wanted a job application to fix them myself! I said excuse me she proceeded to slam the cashier drawer repeatedly and then refused a refund . Ultimately a hour and 20 minutes later I have my order, after she belittled me and my child’s she’s walking out the door .

I wanted to take some time to review this location especially because of the low reviews to which I do not know why. I’m happy to have this chain on my side of town. I’ve ordered to go several times now. Everything read off to me and in the bag. The food is good except for the lemon pepper sauce. Management should take that off the menu and just have the lemon pepper dry rub. The new flavors are awesome Hot honey and Chipotle. They should be permanent staples. I’m really happy that the location is open late because nothing else in the area is besides a bar or two. I have eaten inside once and just find it weird to leave my food tray on the counter for the staff person to deal with among the many orders instead of there being a trash can in the dining area to throw it in. All in all very positive experience Good food, good service. I will be back.

Ordered delivery from door dash, and they forgot my ranch (that I paid extra for) so I had to drive 20 minutes to go get it. The GM said this was door dash’s fault, but door dash policy states the door dash driver is not to open any contents of the order (that’s probably why restaurants have a sticker on the bag to make sure the order isn’t opened) I couldn’t get a refund or anything for driving 40 minutes total to get ranch that was on my order. Just do your self a favor and don’t go here.

Very slow service. French fries were brought out 20 minutes before our food went to get some ketchup. Couldn’t get a response from either girl or make eye contact tables were all dirty music too loud wings were delicious though

I ordered in store, and waited over 30 min for 8 wings and a side of corn. It was on a Monday and it was not busy at all, so I have no idea what took so long to deep fry 8 wings and some corn pieces. FYI, I expected the corn to be amazing, and was very disappointed. It was over cooked and had very little flavor.

On 9/29/25 at approx. 6:20pm me and my girlfriend ordered ahead online and we got chicken tenders to go, we opened the box to make sure everything was correct and the chicken tenders were tiny and burnt so I showed the 2 young ladies working tonight that they were burnt and smaller than chicken nuggets one of the ladies started remaking the tenders for me while the other lady came out of the bathroom and the first one dropped 10 tenders on the fryer because I ordered 10 tenders then the other one only took 3 out of it and gave me 3 remade. She had a horrible attitude about it as well and refused to talk to me further. There wasn’t a managers phone number I could see so I just left.

Take out order, everything was right with my order and ready when I showed up. Not sure how they compare to others but at least a chicken sandwich combo wasn’t $15 like everywhere else, it was $8.99 + tax and I enjoyed it. Also grabbed the boneless wings on sale for .70 ea, grabbed 10, 5 Cajun dry rub, 5 Hot honey. All good, not a lot of breading and great flavor. Perfect spice level for me!
