I ordered an original chicken strip sandwich combo, waited 6-7 minutes in the drive thru for them to give me no receipt and my sandwich had way too much mayo, they skipped the tomato and gave me soggy lettuce. YUCK! It didnt taste cooked to order.Never gave me the ranch cup I asked for and probably paid for. Their food is less then mid, wont be going back anytime soon. The cashier was nice but she had no customer service skills and very soft spoken to where I couldn’t hear her. Everytime I go to this location I regret it.

This store has different prices then the other one. Also different than stated online. The employees are not very friendly. The food was cold, and over saused. The inside menu inside doesn’t match the online menu. I am smart enough to make sure I looked up the correct menu by location.

I’ve been there 12 times in the last month and a 10/12 they messed up my order. In drive thru and on DoorDash! To something I’m allergic to! Tonight we asked to remake the burgers, they gave us the same burgers back!! unless they remade them and made the mistake again: our mistake was trusting them the second time and not checking. Also it was wet at bottom of bag. We were very kind to them. It’s upsetting that they can’t do basic things.

Nothing like spending $14 on 2 large blizzards than having a hole in your cup and not realizing it till you have a lap full because it’s dark . Not to mention one had a Sunday lid on it with cup over full and the other had a soda lid on it ! Also no traditional turn of the cup upside down either, maybe they would have noticed the hole in my cup . Instead they were in cupholder box no recipe and yeah

Such a bummer of a place nowadays, I’ve been going to this location since I was a kid because it’s close by, and within the past few months it’s really gone down, I JUST got back from a place, wanted to suprise my family with some ice cream, and the lady who took my order had a horrible attitude, I myself work in fast food, so I know they may have just gotten a rush, or she may be having a bad day, so I pull up to the window, and they are all quiet, rude, and very very impolite, someone clearly isn’t training them in costumer skills. The lady who handed my my cone, which was diffrent from the one taking my order, didn’t say a word to me, so I tried to be nice and say “Oh thank you” and she completely ignored me, but I know she heard me, she was staring in my eyes, I don’t know if they simply don’t want to be there, or are having a rough time, but management needs to evaluate, my orders are also wrong 9/10, not today though luckily

This branch shouldn’t even be operating with how laxidasical the employees are. They have zero respect for their customers and they don’t make custom orders ie: no cheese or no pickle. and even when I kindly asked them to remake them and they smiled and agreed, all they did was microwave the burgers with the cheese on it. They didn’t remake them. The crazy part is there’s a cheese allergen in my household.

I have been in DQ before but this location was a horrible experienced. From getting attitude from the drive-through lady for having a long order, to get in my window slam as soon as they got their payment, I
nothing but nice and polite to ppl.I was with my family and my little kids. When we received the food the lady didnt had any eye contact she handed the back while talking an order and slam the window, only to find out the spit hamburger, it was horrible customer service I wish I had that ladies name but I definitely contact the corporate because this is unacceptable. I was there June 29,2017 at 8:15 pm. For the two ladies working than .. please get another job, or have a better attitud. I posted a picture of what the order should look like and what i got, i rook this picture while i was leaving the drive-thru .

Twice ordered chili cheese dogs and both times (mind you two separate times) hot dog harder than a rock and bun as stiff as dried bread left out and hardened. This is absolutely horrible an not even edible. How is that across town they can get it right everytime whereas you have not gotten it right once????? Highly would not recommend only thing good about this particular establishment is the ice cream on a hot day. SMH
