Food was alright but the service is TERRIBLE. I was in the line for a good 20 minutes and waited at the box forever for them to ask what I wanted to order. And when I got to the window, they took forever and when the person gave me the food, he didn’t say a word and just shook it insistently in my face. This place really fell off recently!

I stopped in to grab some lunch and had one of the most perfect Wendy’s burgers ever. The pickles, tomatoes and onions were placed perfectly so you get some in every bite (see attached photos). There was just enough mayonnaise and ketchup and both meat patties weren’t over cooked. The mens restroom was clean as with the dining area.
It looks like the store was remodeled not to long ago and if so hopefully they keep up the good work.

Disappointing outing. Son of Baconator combo for lunch. Food came promptly, but was only warm. Barely warm. Fries were warmer than the sandwich, which I wolfed down before they got cold. Both the floor in front of the main counter and in the men’s washroom was very sticky, causing me to think about the maintenance in the kitchen. This location is “one and done” for me.

Ordered through the mobile app and when I went to go pick up my food the manager who said his name was Junior was very rude and unprofessional he looked miserable like being there was the last place he wants to be!
I told him I have a mobile order and I thought he said he has it so I asked okay so are we good and got no response so I drove to the window and he is standing there staring at me like he was bothered so I stared back and he said I told you I don’t have your order and I said I thought u said u had it so I pull up my Wendy’s app that said order is ready and to drive up and he tells me I’m at the wrong location which I knew was not true so I pull up the directions and tell him GPS is telling me it’s here and he said I already told you I don’t have your order then starts talking in another language with someone else and tells me I need to drive down the Block so a woman comes to the window and I explained to her what’s going on and in less than two minutes she found my order and told me I was at the right location. He did not even apologize to me. He just looked and shrugged his shoulders so I asked to speak to a manager and was told he is the manager, and I told him he was very rude and unprofessional from the time I drove up to the drive-through and he continued to just try and go back-and-forth with me instead of listening to me and giving me the common courtesy of at least an Apology!!!

Lunch the manager was wiping her nose as she was serving the food I made mention of it and she took the food back and told me to leave I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there if you do watch the manager
