Came into the drive thru around 1030 this morning. Told the employee I was ordering a large amount of food (7 kids, 4 adults). She said i could come inside and I told her no. I specifically came to the driver thru so I wouldn’t have to carry that many drinks.
After ordering a few of my items I am noticing the employee taking the order just has an absolute attitude so I told her that attitude wasn’t necessary.
She then had the audacity to say “well you dont have to eat here”. Are you kidding me!? Yes you are right. I dont have to eat there but just because I dont have to, doesn’t give her the right to be disrespectful.
When I got to the window, I could hear a manager in the background. I know its the manager because I recognize her voice and she was been rude to me every time ive come in as a doordash driver, so much so that I just don’t even interact with her.
I am surprised that a manager would allow her staff to speak to customers like that. I also know the manager was wearing a headset and she always is.
Once I drove away, I noticed she charged me for my bill which was almost $90 and somehow also charged me $9.27 for the customer behind me. This isnt okay.
I have not had the chance to return to ask about the additional charge. But yea, absolutely disgusting. I even told the girl someone else could finish my order and she was like “I cant do that, not enough people”.
All of our food was accounted for and my kids didnt complain but yea…just all around bad experience. No one should ever be told “go some where else”. Dude just messed up

I had ordered through the taco bell app to get my food delivered to my house.. I am missing half of my order, my drinks are wrong. I was on the phone with door dash getting transfered and put on hold for an hour now and they told me I need to be refunded through taco bell because I ordered from them. Taco bell won’t refund me. I would give a stars if possible.

Most dirty, disgusting, grimey location Ive ever been too. I was horrified just using the self order kiosk because it had what appeared to be several years worth of sticky grime on the screen. Sauce splattered on the walls. Sticky table. Food all over the floors. Awful. Really makes you question the quality of your food.

This morning approximately at 9:20 am, the lady short the yellow hair and brown skin, she was so respectful and rude, she didn’t want to clear a question about the menu, she didn’t tell us that they didn’t have tacos… We investigated in other Taco Bell store and her name is Norma and she is the Manager In 191 disc sparks, this Taco Bell store has a rude and respectful Manager and she denies give the customers her name and her badge name doesn’t have her name. The worst Manager in sparks.

Food was good. They got our order right. But employees avoid you. You have to order through a screen and one of them was broken. They forgot our cups and took about 5-6 minutes of waving to them until they stopped ignoring us to get the cups.

We had to go back through drive through to add 1 item on our order. The guy that served us name was “Paulina L.” stated “we can add a drink but not food” when asked if we could add 1 thing to the original order, then as we went back through to get the item we were originally trying to add he is talking to other co workers and not listening to what’s being ordered. Nuggets or strips whatever you want to call them look unappetizing/burnt.

We ordered delivery though the app and only received 3/15 items. After calling multiple times and explaining they did not issue a refund or remake the order. They told us to go through DoorDash and get a refund though them which wasn’t an option because we ordered through the TACOBELL app. Extremely disappointed in this location. $50 down the drain.

They recently updated there menu so most things have been shuffled around, they have a new taco salad that was pretty good and overall the food was better than expected. Prices also have gone up which is in line with everything

None of the tortillas were warmed up and you can taste it . Maybe about 25 % of the chicken that should have been in the new chicken Chalupas was there Also in my chicken enchilada burrito . I would have liked some chicken with my cold tortilla atlease. The overpriced nacho doritos taco was stale. All tortilla no beans in the bean and cheese burritos. We dined in with no trays available and argued with management for our drinks as the young staff said we gave it to them already. I get it it’s taco bell but I’m well over a certain age and have been seeing the decline in customer service along with food quality. Thanks for messing up my lunch

Complete and utter slackers … Don’t ask for delivery because of someone else picks it up and cancels it, they get your food and Taco Bell won’t remake it even though they admitted that they do not require delivery drivers to confirm the order has been picked up before leaving. This will make your order more complicated and very late… Don’t order from this incompetent store… I would order from Roberto’s on N. McCarran Blvd and Prater because you get more food for the same price and it’s authentic and tastes amazing… You’ll thank me later
