I’ve been eating here for some time and I fully intend to keep going. The food is delicious, the portions are generous, and the staff is always friendly. The atmosphere is pretty much no frills diner, but you don’t eat here for atmosphere, you eat here for the food!

LOVE this place! We are in SA every weekend and sometimes I’m too exhausted with the ranch animals to cook. When we found this gem, the lady at the counter treated us so well and explained each plate, making recommendations based on what we wanted. I did burritos and they were delicious! My husband had french toast with his meal and I wanted to trade him, it was the best I ever had! Their caldo… let’s talk about their caldo! It was so flavorful and had plenty of meat! It is now one of our favorite spots 🙂

We had 3 different breakfast burritos. All were delicious. Fast and Friendly service. The building is old but it is clean inside. Restrooms were clean as well. Chips and salsa offered even with breakfast. We had a great experience here and we will definitely return.

My Fajitas were half tender and half hard to eat. The rice and beans were great. Service is was great food was bland hardly any flavor. Enchiladas were decent the beans and rice were also good. Decent but could be better on their food.very rushed out on food.

This town is full of restaurants and we try a new one at least once a month. Today we tried The Corner Store. Yum! I could tell, walking in, that it would be authentic Mexican & we weren’t disappointed. Everything was delicious. They also offer custom plates & the pricing was reasonable. We will definitely revisit!

If you have any self respect don’t eat here. The burger was the texture of ground cat food. It literally fell apart when I picked it up. I tried to eat it but the food was honestly horrendous. A huge waste of my $19. This place needs to shut down and revamp their menu and focus on putting out better quality food. I’m embarrassed that a place in Texas could ever serve such low grade meat.

Quick and great customer service! The food was good! My husband had juevos rancheros and I had the French toast. The only thing was it was a little warm in there but they had fans going. I’m assuming they were having an issues with their HVAC but it wasn’t overheated inside.
