This is my favorite sandwich spot!! The staff always keep it clean and fully stocked. All the sandwiches have always been made to my liking. Service is so phenomenal I wish I could give more than 5 stars on this review. Wouldn’t want it any other way than Mike’s Way!

This is how they served me a sandwich. I ordered my sandwich online , asking for the turkey and cheese to be cooked . They didn’t do it. That’s ok. I went back in and asked (nicely) if they could do it. The girl who remade it – very rude. The picture shows what I was given. Absolutely unacceptable. I drove all the way back and asked for it to be remade and the guy (although nicer) still didn’t really cook the Turkey. I had to cook it myself at home. This is the 2nd time this location made me a terrible sandwich. The first time they put a pound of Mayo when I asked for very little . It was as if they did it on purpose. Do better .
**Update** I went to this location on 12/6 . A young African American male was working there. He made our sandwiches wonderfully. Probably the best we ever had. Thank you. This location can be good, depending on who’s working.

Jersey mikes may technically be a fast food sandwich chain along with subway, blimpie, Quiznos and all that. But they are far cleaner and they slice their meat to order. Besides all that, they make a fantastic Italian. This jersey mikes is particularly well kept and the people I’ve interacted with so far have been very nice. As far as Italians go, theirs is delicious, even compared with local delis and other restaurants. It’s just really surprisingly good.

I ordered an order for delivery through the Jersey Mikes app. I ordered my daughter a chicken Philly sub in a tub, and the bowl was virtually empty. There was literally 5 bites of food in the bowl that I paid $10 for! I’ve ordered plenty of these in the past and never had an issue! Never again!

I just want to say that my family goes here all the time…. One night our order did not come the way it should have although we paid extra for certain things and when I called the store Manager Olivia was just absolutely amazing about it. She was so pleasant and made sure she took care of us with absolutely no hesitation! I was shocked because other places would accuse you of lying or just not care,…. but as I said we go to this store all the time. Things can happen and mistakes can happen anywhere, but Olivia’s response and amazing attitude was above and beyond and a reason this store is keeping our business… thank you so much Olivia !
