Ordered the Carne Asada with absolutely no dairy or garlic because I’m allergic to those. Cook & waitress agreed to this. I came home and opened my food and I find cheese in my salad and rotten expired plantains that are disintegrating (soft, looks like shit/intestines). Absolutely inedible. Do not eat here if you have any allergies because they do NOT take them seriously.

Ordered pupusas revueltas, what I got was lots of cheese with a hardly any chicharrón, greasie and undone pypusas, and the curtido was watery, tastelessness, it needed salt, oregano, a little jalapeno. In addition, we waited a while and there were only three other table’s occupied. Very disappointing because I was looking forward ti some tasty and cooked pupusas.

Not sure what’s happening with ABI at Arlington used to love their food BUT this Salmon a la plancha was disgusting! The sauce looks like it’s a few days old and so does the salmon! The broccoli was yellowish brownish. The lomo saltado was 70% onions! The lettuce was yellow! Old & spoiled food with super high prices!!! Im willing to pay the price for great quality food BUT this is unacceptable! I threw away $50 worth of food! It was carry out and a 45 min drive so not worth the drive back to return and get my money back! Very disappointed ABI hope you go back to your quality food soon!

I am writing to formally report a deeply upsetting incident I experienced at your restaurant, Abi Azteca Grill & Bar. Unfortunately, this was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had, as I was treated with discrimination, hostility, and harassment by one of your employees who identified himself as “Israel.”
When I first arrived, I approached this employee to place an order. He refused to respond to me, and when I calmly repeated my request, he became aggressive. Concerned, I even asked if he was feeling unwell, but instead of clarifying, he cursed at me and threatened to take away the food from my hands if I did not leave.
I was shocked and asked to speak with the manager. He claimed to be the manager, though another woman later indicated she may have been the actual manager. Regardless, his behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional.
After leaving the restaurant to avoid further confrontation, this same individual followed me outside, attempted to take photos of me, and even pursued me into the nearby McDonald’s. At that point, I asked him to leave me alone, but he continued to harass me. For him to abandon his duties in your restaurant to engage in such behavior was both disturbing and dangerous.
This experience has caused me unnecessary stress and concern for my safety. No customer should ever be treated in this way. I strongly urge your management team to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action regarding this individual. His behavior does not reflect the standards of customer service or professionalism that any restaurant should allow.
If I do not receive confirmation that this matter is being taken seriously, I will be left with no choice but to pursue further steps.
I hope you will take swift and appropriate action to ensure no other customer is treated in such a harmful manner.

The food is amazing great quality food , but their service is terrible !!!!! There’s a older lady who is amazing we love her every time and a guy who works at the bar who is very sweet and kind , but when we come there is a tall Hispanic lady with glasses who has attitude, she takes her sweet time with things asked for water she took forever , took her a long time to bring chips , and mind you there is only two other people in the restaurant eating so she is not busy at all , this is a continued thing I have held my tongue way too long the owners of this place is amazing they have a great personality but the people that they have chosen to have a job here is just unacceptable. It’s simple if you don’t want to work at a restaurant then go somewhere where you can be lazy. I hope this is fixed and she is spoken too the girl acts like a child !!!!!

This place was great! Came here because of reviews and was not disappointed. The Salvadoran enchilada was better than a regular enchilada in my opinion! Also, first time trying a pupusa and it was delish! Shared the meat platter with the boyfriend and it came out smoking and smelling fantastic. Everything was super well flavored. Didn’t try the margs but next time! Only down side is salsa is not thick and I like thick salsa.

I had called ahead for fried whole tilapia with rice and vegetable salad. The food was kinda dry, so the waiter got me some mushroom sauce. The tilapia was absolutely mouth watering and they had thrown in two corn tortillas. The food was divine!

I love this place. The area and location is a bit congested but the food here is great! The pork & cheese pupusas and the lorocco & cheese are on point! The Tamarindo drink and Tamal de Pollo was delicious. It’s been 5yrs since I last ate here but I won’t wait that long again!
