I’m giving one star for the excellent manager that went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I would rate her 5 stars, but my overall ratings are based on service, presentation, accuracy, speed, and value for the money. My order was supposed to be ready in 20-24 minutes. If that actual wait is over 30 minutes to an hour, they should tell people. My wait was nearly an hour. Several other customers also left complaining about waiting over an half hour for their food. Honesty and integrity goes a long way. The cashiers or apps should be honest about the wait so that people can make an informed decision on where to patronize that day. Some people don’t have the time in their schedule to wait that long. Others don’t have the health to stand on their feet in the cold for almost an hour for 10 wings. It’s definitely not worth it for those of us with very small orders. It was very busy. Some orders weren’t even being dropped for 30 minutes. I’m thankful for the manager for taking control of the situation once I brought it to her attention. Unfortunately I will not be returning nor will I recommend this location to others.

I order from this place and I picked delivery but my order hasn’t came at the specific time so I called and turns out my food was stolen. Our delivery person literally said that someone one came in and took the order bag and left. I called the door dash company to get a full refund, but what I don’t understand is that why the workers don’t check if the person is a delivery person. This doesn’t really happen but I’m so disappointed, pissed, and hungry so ya. Thanks a lot wing stop.

This is update #3. I’ve tested this branch out a few more times since the review below. Quality has improved once again, perhaps new management? This branch is back to high quality food, thorough service. Definitely recommend over other branches within 10 miles.

Quality has dropped! Updating my review from 3 years ago! I used to live this branch but the last 5 orders I’ve received have been horrible. The fries literally have had NO SEASONING on them, the wings are literally the size of a quarter, and the service is mediocre at best. I do not recommend this branch unless you plan to have them remake your food everytime.

Worst location ever! I waited for over an hour for an online order. That was sitting on the rack the whole time yet the workers kept saying wait 5 more mins! The worker stated it was my problem the meal was cold! I rejected the meal and she told me deal with the manger it’s not my issue and walked away! They where so unorganized and nobody communicated with the customer getting everyone’s order wrong. The manager was the only helpful person at this location.

Called in my order and was told that it would be ready in 18 min. I arrived in 20min and my order wasn’t ready. Had to wait an additional 15min. The lady behind the counter was on a personal phone call and not paying much attention to the customers. I ordered lemon pepper and they barely put any of it on my chicken. This is not the first time that they delivered a horrible product. I’m over it!
