Stopped by this store on my way home and was not disappointed! Staff was so friendly and helpful as I had never ordered Starbucks before and was not sure how to order or even what I wanted. Misty and Josie helped me pick the perfect drink. Admittedly the first one wasn’t for me just tasted to much like coffee I know I know but they helped me get something that I did enjoy and kept me awake for the rest of my drive. Also they wrote wolf on bellas pup cup

Walked in and stood there for a while. No one took my order. But as I was looking around, I was kinda glad. This place is filthy and I walked out. 5:40 pm Belle Vernon PA location. Pictures attached, but they don’t even do justice to how dirty it was. Nasty.

I stop by this store every day, the baristas know me by name and they know exactly how I like my drink. The general manager Misty is always having fun with the baristas and they are a whole vibe. She has helped me when I’ve had some of the worst days of my life, just leaving space for me to speak on what I was going through. The staff there is more like its own little family. I’ve been going here for years and the turn around in the vibe in this store in the last 6/9 months has been really refreshing. Occasionally my coffee taste a little more bitter than sometimes but I believe they struggle with the machine working

I came in town from Florida for a visit and of course I had to get my daily Starbucks. When I went in to the store I was met with a warm welcome as well as an attentive staff. The overall cleanliness was great as well. My encounter was very pleasant.

Not all stores are the same – ordered two drinks in the drive through including a 5 shot latte & a regular latte – neither cup was anywhere near full, just espresso and some foam, but once you’re down the road what are you supposed to do go back – $20 down the drain (including a sandwich that was fine) picture was before I took a sip I checked because it seemed really light

My daughter went in to grab me a large cup of black coffee. After 10 minutes of waiting my husband went in and asked what was taking so long. They were told that there were mobile orders and they hadn’t had the time to pour a cup of black coffee in the time that they were waiting. But they filled many drive thru orders. How is it ok to have a person waiting in the store that long for a cup of black coffee. It wasn’t even a complicated order.

Great, friendly employees. My home away from home….but minus one star for two reasons… It’s either blowing freezing air in the place or it’s unbearably hot and secondly can we redesign the long wall with more seating options that are practical and comfortable such as these pictures from another newer Starbucks that I visited recently.

I used to love going here, it used to be quick and everyone was friendly. Now everyone is rude and ignores you while you wait 10 minutes for your order to be taken, I asked for a dragon fruit lemonade with extra extra berries (because they are skimpy) and a heated chocolate croissant. The croissant was cold and clearly the drink is quite sad for $5.50
