Femboy friendly. Good food. The noodles were spicy. The forks are set very nicely and have plastic covers. I’ve never seen the such a nice set up or plastic covers before.

Ordered drive-thru. Asked for less mayo. Got home. My order had EXTRA mayo. lol Tried to remove the excess but the whole thing was drenched so I drove back to get a new cup. This was not the problem. I understand that mistakes happen.
However, when I returned home to dig into my new order, now it was swimming in this sweet teriyaki-like sauce. I also barely had any rice. The amount in the pic is pretty much all that I got after I removed the noodles on top. PLUS, the rice was undercooked… I couldn’t even finish my meal coz I didn’t want to break my teeth. ^^;
I’ve never had an issue like this before. And after seeing all the recent low reviews, I think this location needs some serious quality-control. Servers were nice. Just the food. Unfortunately, I prob won’t be back for a long time.

Staff is very friendly and funny. I’ve never had a bad dish here. My kids love it. Plus they have a drive thru for days you just don’t want to get out of the car. They have 10 levels of spices. One bonus is that the forks come with a little wrapper on them so they are clean or you can chopsticks if you are so inclined.

I enjoy Cupbop and usually request my spiciness level to be a 4 or 5. I thought I would try a 6 this time, and oh my, it was exponentially spicier. Too spicy for me! My cup lip had a 6 written on it, but I suspect it may have been a 9! Other than that, I have enjoyed all the varieties of Cupbop that I’ve tasted.

Cupbop is one of my favorite restaurants when I come to Utah. We went to this location and asked to use the reward from our app. The person scanned my phone and then I paid for the order. It was more expensive then I had thought because we were using the 50% off discount. I asked for the receipt. I then asked the person who took our order if they used the rewards and his response was like oh yeah I saw that pop up but did not apply the 50% off reward to the order. I just was so confused. Food was OK, but probably will
not being going to that location again.

The wait for food today was 25 minutes. I know this because I timed it. In that 25 minutes they took one other guys order. It was seriously insulting.
If that wasn’t enough they got our order wrong.

Why are your fryers off before you are closed? Half the items on you menu are fried. I don’t know how many you have and I understand prepping for close, but to turn everything off seems very unwelcoming to late night eaters
