To the Management team,
I’ve been a regular at this Miami location for three months, but after today, I’m never coming back. I was handed a honey mustard packet covered in grime and strange black specs inside of it. When I asked for a new one, the employee literally took the dirty packet to the sink, “washed” it, and handed the same one back to me—still covered in residue.
It’s disgusting, disrespectful, and a total health hazard. If the staff is willing to cut corners on something as simple as a sauce packet in front of a customer, I hate to think what’s happening behind the counter. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values hygiene.

We love the Lemon Pepper flats and drums. There are about 8 – 10 different flavors to choose from. You can’t go wrong with any of them.
Our host/cashier, Devonte, was very helpful and we appreciated that.
Although we have had their delicious fries in the past, we opted to be “good” this time and ordered the celery sticks with their crazy delicious Ranch dressing to go/takeout.
You can eat outdoors or indoors. They have delivery and takeout. They are wheelchair accessible. It is fairly quick service. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because their floor needs some cleaning. It is noticeable. But we will be back regardless!

I ordered door dash, but I had to pick it up due the drivernever picked it up and lying on the app, stating my order was delivered. I found out when I called the store for a refund. I expect the fees and tip to be refunded. The wings were small, but tasty, the blue cheese was watery.

This place couldn’t get much worse between the dry barely any meat wings, they forget stuff in your order, then tell you – Instead of refusing your credit card- they’ll give you a 10 bucks off your phone number, then when you go into order – ‘they have no record’.
